Green Beans in Oyster Sauce and Garlic Recipe

The perfect side dish, this green beans in oyster sauce have a great balance between sweet and savory that goes perfectly well with steamed rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful Green Beans, If frozen, thaw it first
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 ml Roasted Sesame Seeds, Optional

Instructions

  1. Heat your pan on medium heat, add oil and sautée the garlic until soft, fragrant, and caramelized
  2. Add in water and oyster sauce and stir until combined
  3. Season the sauce with black pepper and lower the heat to low
  4. Add in the green beans and cook in the sauce until cooked
  5. Serve and enjoy!
