NACHO Novo's girlfriend has opened up about her battle with mental health amid claims the pair have split.
Stunning Stephanie Heaney posted a lengthy social media post from her hospital bed in which she told fans of her troubles.
She wrote: "Not only is it embarrassing and hurtful as I'm still in hospital but I tried to take my own life last night. I'm not ashamed as I was pushed to my absolute limits.
"My anxiety has been horrible trying to be someone I'm not.
"Mental health is not something to be laughed at.
"I will get over it and move on and be stronger every day."
The previously loved up pair have been together since 2017 but a post from Novo this week sparked rumours they had split.
The Ibrox icon's social media page shared a snap of the brunette on Instagram while blasting "some idiots out there".

Under the snap - which was alter deleted - the Spaniard boasted "I'm single" accompanied by celebration emojis.
But a source close to the former striker said he claimed his account had been hacked.
However, Stephanie's post this morning appears to suggest some issues.
Stephanie had previously shared cryptic messaged on social media.
One quote posted by the mum of two read: "It's not always the tears that measure the pain it's sometimes the smiles we fake."
Alongside the pic Stephanie wrote: "Getting stronger by the day.
"2019 take each day as it comes and be authentic true to yourself with a good heart you will always be winning at life."
It was also later deleted.
