Hafthor Bjornsson shows off huge scar across chest as he posts graphic surgery video after needing drainage tube
LEGENDARY strongman Hafthor Bjornsson has revealed his huge chest scar after undergoing surgery.
The star needed work done after tearing his pectoral muscle during a live stream earlier this year.
But he revealed to fans his health torment did not end there after being infected post-surgery and needed to have a drainage tube inserted.
It's been a long journey for Bjornsson, who starred on Game of Thrones as 'The Mountain' for five seasons.
His muscle tear occurred as he was trying to bench press a personal best 556lbs during a competition at his gym in Iceland.
But the former World's Strongest Man was left screaming in pain in a video that went viral.
