I get trolled for editing photos of my face to look better – I do, and I don’t care who knows
AN IRISH girl has hit back at haters who trolled her for editing pictures of her face before posting them online.
She claimed the camera fails to "capture the beauty" behind her pictures and said she was willing to admit that she used FaceApp to improve her looks.
Mary Bridget, who posts on TikTok under @marybridgetstanleyx, said she was one of many to edit her face and said influencers and celebrities do the same.
Taking to the social media app, Mary Bridget, who has racked up a whopping 7.8 million likes on the app, said: "I think people fail to realise that there’s so many celebrities and so many influencers that edit their pictures and use FaceApp.
"There’s using it a small bit and not going to crazy and using it to the point where you still look like you but a nicer version of you.
"The camera never catches the beauty, it just doesn’t. It does but not all the time."

Hitting back at a comment asking if her boyfriend knew she edits her pictures, Mary Bridget joked that he could probably do it for her after watching her so many times.
She added: "I literally don’t understand what people get from leaving comments like this.
"I think you are just being a bit sly by this comment. I think you were trying to confirm that I use FaceApp and I do.
"Nobody in this world needs to edit their pictures or their face in any way but if you want to do it go for it. Yeah, just go for it."
