The Australian star, real name Greg Gomez Pead, was seen last Thursday on a solo stroll by the beach in Sydney.

Greg, 71, was seen walking his Jack Russell near his home on Sydney's Northern Beaches, despite being dubbed as a "reclusive" star who "quit fame".

Strolling and then sitting on a bench, the Aussie comedian and actor wore a green cap, some bright blue glasses, a blue shirt, and some navy shorts.

He completed the look with some wellington boots in a dark navy hue, which were ideal for his outing.

While on his walk, Greg sipped from a takeaway coffee cup, with the actor, who was once dubbed as the next Jim Carrey, looking content.

After his stroll and coffee break, Greg was seen popping into a Woolworths supermarket before heading home.

Greg, best known as Yahoo, is known and loved for his films Young Einstein and Reckless Kelly.

When he was younger, the Aussie star rocked wild ginger hair that was voluminous and long.

But these days Greg is almost bald, which is even a stark contrast to the hair he sported earlier this year.

Back in April, the Yahoo Serious comedian was seen on the beach looking worlds away from how he does today.

Wearing only some shorts and going topless for the occasion, Greg was seen with long grey locks that sailed past his shoulders.

HAIR TRANSFORMATION

But in the recent snaps of the star from last week, the Yahoo Serious star appeared bald, with his head concealed by a cap.

The comedian is best known for starring in the cult movie Young Einstein, which he wrote, produced, directed, and acted in back in 1988.

Young Einstein grossed $24.9 million worldwide and won an award from the Australian Film Institute Awards.

Five years after his massive success with his first movie, Yahoo released his second film, Reckless Kelly, which was based on the legendary Australian gang leader Ned Kelly.

His third film, 2000's Mr Accident was about the most accident-prone man in the world, but like Reckless Kelly, these two movies failed to find an audience outside Australia.

SEARCH ENGINE BATTLE

More than two decades ago, after his movie success and then decline, the actor launched an unsuccessful lawsuit against the search engine Yahoo!.

It was in 2000 when Greg sued Yahoo! for trademark infringement.

Although he filed a suit against the search engine, the case was thrown out because the comedian "could not prove that he sells products or services" under the name 'Yahoo'.

Because Greg couldn't prove the above, this also meant he could not prove that he suffered harm or confusion due to the search engine.

RENT COURT BATTLE

In 2020, Greg, better known as Yahoo, faced eviction from his Avalon Beach home for not paying rent.

Evicted from his home, Yahoo was also ordered to pay $15,000 (£12,000) in rent arrears to the landlords.

At the time, Greg said that he was unable to pay due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Greg was unable to substantiate this claim.

'STILL PRODUCING FOR THE SCREEN'

According to MailOnline Australia, these days Yahoo "doesn't work a nine-to-five job", but he has "several business interests".

The Aussie funnyman is also "believed to still be producing for the screen".

Greg was married to Lulu Pinkus, whom he got hitched to after the production of his Young Einstein movie, with them getting together in 1989 at the height of his career.

The couple split in 2007 though, amid the star's career which came to an abrupt halt at the time.
