Microsoft has announced the first discount for the Xbox One X, as gaming companies gear up for E3. Starting on June 7th, the Xbox One X will cost $449.99, which is a $50 markdown. The Xbox One X has cost $499.99 since it launched last November, making it less than a year old. The discounted price will be available from the Microsoft store and some major retailers.
Microsoft is also offering these deals:
- 1TB Xbox One S bundles for $249
- 500GB Xbox One S console for $199
- Up to 75 percent off certain games, including discounts on titles like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Monster Hunter: World, and Sea of Thieves
- $10 off controllers
- One month of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass for $1
These deals will end on June 23rd, although now that the Xbox One X has been discounted once, its price might drop below $499.99 again in future sales.
