On legendary cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's 84th birth anniversary on January 5, his daughter Soha Ali Khan, along with her husband Kunal Kemmu and daughter Inaaya, visited his grave to pay their respects. Sohan shared a few pics on Instagram.
Soha and Inaaya were seen lighting a candle on a cake near the grave. Inaaya had also written an adorable handwritten note for her late grandfather. The note, placed next to the gravestone, read, “Happy birthday merry christmas and happy new year. I hope you are ok, anyway love you lots, and hope you had a very good life and pls enjoy your birthday lots of love, love Inaaya (sic).”
Soha pays tribute to Mansoor Pataudi on his 84th birth anniversary
Soha shared moments from the day on her Instagram, including a series of pictures. In one, she is lighting a candle with Inaaya while Kunal stands beside them with folded hands. Another photo shows the family blowing out the candle together. A close-up shot of the gravestone shows Mansoor's name, alongside Inaaya’s heartfelt message. Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, also known as “Tiger,” passed away in 2011 at the age of 70 due to a lung infection. Widely regarded as one of India’s finest cricket captains, he led the team in 40 of the 46 Test matches he played between 1961 and 1975. He married actress Sharmila Tagore in 1966, and the couple had three children – Saif Ali Khan, Saba Ali Khan, and Soha Ali Khan. While Saif and Soha pursued acting, Saba chose a career as a jewelry designer.
