We’ve taken it back to basics with our proven combination of strength, cardio, conditioning, and abs/core exercises to get you lean, build muscle, get your body moving in all directions, and generally just becoming a well oiled machine.
On average we’re burning about 600+ calories per workout.

BARBELLS 101 STRENGTH.
Barbells 101 will teach you the big 3: the squat, bench, and deadlift, and have you master the compound lifts with a barbell.
Each class begins by focusing on making you stronger with a barbell movement, then moving into circuits and exercise combinations that leave you breathless and kick your body fat-burning mode. This is where the results happen. We end the workouts with what we call “finishers”. These are exercises or circuits that will have you sweating and keep your body burning calories throughout the day, long after you’ve finished your workout.

All classes are led by a certified TORQUE trainer.
