Scope out the beautifully renovated historic buildings along Park City’s Main Street in the afternoon, or enjoy the byway’s vibrant bar-and-restaurant scene in the evening; colorful Christmas lights adorn the street all winter long. Although it's a fine street for walking and window shopping, a free trolley runs until 10 pm daily to shuttle people up and down Main Street, making frequent stops beside some of Park City’s favorite places.

Visit the Kimball Art Center

Park City’s largest art gallery has three showrooms plus active art studios and education classes for the aspiring artist. The Kimball Art Center also hosts the West’s longest-running annual art festival that takes place the first full weekend in August. The Art Center is among the 20+ galleries in Park City that participate in the free monthly gallery stroll on the last Friday of every month (except January).

Sign up for a Couples Spa Treatment

Chill, unwind and relax tense muscles during a couples treatment at the Spa at the Waldorf Astoria Park City. The most swoon-worthy treatment is Lavender Zen, which employs lavender and eucalyptus in a body scrub followed by a soothing full body massage using stones on the back. Imagine being swaddled in a warm cocoon while indulging in a scalp and foot massage for head to toe bliss.

Take a Sleigh Ride

Enjoy a serene horse drawn sleigh ride in the heart of Park City’s mountains, followed by a hearty and warming dinner inside a log cabin. Rocky Mountain Sleigh Company takes guests on a round-trip sleigh ride through meadows and woods, under starry skies and snow-capped mountains. Far away from housing developments and civilization, enter its log cabin for a cozy dinner.

Dine at Stein Eriksen Lodge

Sit back at the Glitretind Restaurant in the Stein Eriksen Lodge to savor a four-star slopeside dinner. Accompany dinner with a glass of wine from their 10,000-bottle wine cellar — or even take a 45-minute private wine seminar from Stein Eriksen’s top-rated sommelier inside the wine cellar. To delight a sweet tooth, enjoy decadent desserts or chocolates made at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in exotic flavors including curry, mango cardamom, sea salt, lemongrass, champagne, and cinnamon cognac. Its Sunday brunch is also noteworthy and can sustain you for a day on skis.

Take a Moonlight Snowshoe Tour

On another night, take the hourlong guided moonlight snowshoe tour through Deer Valley Resort’s Empire Canyon prior to dinner at Fireside. After working up an appetite, fill up on food, drink, and romance at Fireside. You'll have a four-course European dining experience where each course is cooked over an open fireplace. Begin with the Swiss raclette cheese station, move to the hearty soups and stews, enjoy a savory cut of fire-roasted leg of lamb, and end with a spread of chocolate fondues.

Catch a Show at the Egyptian Theatre

This historic landmark theatre on Main Street is one of the main venues for Sundance Film Festival screenings. Beyond independent films, Egyptian is known for its outstanding community plays, musicals, and special events. Cuddle up together in traditional theatre seats or splurge on cabaret seating.

Aprés Ski at the Sky Lodge’s Sky Club

Take in panoramic views of Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort from the indoor/outdoor Sky Club lounge at The Sky Lodge. Stay warm on chilly winter nights on the outdoor patio with radiant heating or rest inside on a plush modern couch. Fine wines, cognacs, and cigars are available.
