Young Mr Murphy, the tech was great. Once we got past the fact that I wasn’t paying $9000.00 additional dollars for security equipment I didn’t need- everything was fine. His installation was smooth, clean, and informative. He was polite and professional and all equipment is working as expected. He went through everything step by step before he left.
The gentleman, Josh, who sold the system was extremely helpful in providing information. He did not push any specific product but let me understand what each product did. He came across as caring and not like a used car or timeshare salesman.
The technicians did a great job and explained everything very well.
We received a good deal on installing our security system from safe streets and ADT.
Mr. John was very professional and diagnosed all possibilities and options for me to consider. He was neat and courteous in how he performed his functions. He exhibited great skills, knowledge and abilities; as well as great business acumen. mr. John deserves a bonus or some form of incentive.
