The show featured testimonials from those who continue to allege that pop-star Michael Jackson was inappropriate with them as young children.
9. Documentary Now!
IFC’s hit series brought more reimagined documentaries in Season 3, garnering a 100% certified fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes. The show takes well-known docs and puts its own parody spin on them.
8. Brooklyn Nine-Nine
NBC’s revival of the former Fox series didn’t miss a beat in its sixth season, which is certified fresh at 100%. The Mike Schur comedy saw everyone’s fan favorites such as Jake Peralta and Captain Holt return with just as many laughs up their sleeves as they had before.
7. Broad City
The fifth and final season of Comedy Central’s Broad City didn’t disappoint its legion of fans as the show garnered at 100% fresh rating. While it’s never easy saying goodbye, Abbi and Ilana proved that it doesn’t have to be so scary.
6. Tuca & Bertie
Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong brought their star power to this animated comedy that debuted this spring on Netflix. The series was a hit with audiences, earning a 100% tomatometer score.
5. A Discovery of Witches
Viewers fell for this adaptation of Deborah Harnkness’s novel that aired on Sundance Now and AMC earlier this year. The series, which follows the forbidden relationship between vampire Matthew and stubborn witch Diana, is certified fresh at 100%.
4. One Day at a Time
Netflix’s series continued to be a hit with audiences in Season 3, earning at 100% fresh tomatometer score, so it was surprising to learn the streaming called it quits on the show. Thankfully, Pop has revived the series for an impending fourth season for a chance to earn more high tomatometer scores.

Season 3 of FX’s Better Things showed viewers that it can get even better with time after it was certified fresh at 100%. Pamela Adlon returned for more shenanigans that clearly won over her adoring crowd.
2. Barry
The HBO series returned for a successful second season with a 100% fresh rating. Barry continued his attempt to separate himself from a dark past for a brighter future, but that’s easier said than done, much to viewers’ delight.

The Amazon Prime Video series ranks at the top of the list and is certified fresh at 100%. The second chapter of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s offbeat dramedy certainly grabbed viewers’ attention despite years between seasons.
