A new skyscraper in Dubai

is going to be the tallest residential building in the world.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Company Residence.

The building is being jointly built by Emirati property development company Binghatti and watch maker Jacob & Co.

The two companies made the design of the building public on Tuesday and the

that "we aim to build one of the tallest residential buildings in the world." The tower will have 100 floors.

It will be two floors higher than the record for the world's tallest residential building.

According to the New York Post report

, this record is currently near the Central Park tower on 57th Street in Manhattan.

According to the developers of "The 'hypertower'", it will be higher than the tallest building in Manhattan, 472 meters tall.  

The second special thing about this building will be that a diamond-shaped shape will be made on its upper part.

Talking about the facilities, according to the report of The Post, it will have a concierge team which will provide a la carte service.

There will be bodyguard services, chauffeur will be available and private chef will also be available.

There are also plans to build an "exclusive private club" with an infinity pool and a lounge area.  

This building will be built in the middle of Business Bay.

This is the financial district of Dubai.

Five penthouses will also be built on the top floor of this building, which will be the most "luxurious and different".

The praise of the beginning of this building has not been announced yet.
