A deluxe Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park RV Resort could be coming to Pueblo after the Pueblo Planning and Zoning Commission gave initial approval Dec. 11 to annex 300 acres on the city's south side.
The "high-end family-oriented RV resort" will be much like the Jellystone Park in Larkspur, which was developed by one of the investors in the Pueblo project, said Heath Herber, a partner in Pueblo Recreation Investors LLC, which owns the property.
