The Oklahoma Attorney Admissions and Application Form is a document that must be filed by every individual seeking admission to the Bar of the State of Oklahoma. This form includes a variety of documents and information required by the Oklahoma Bar Association in order to process an application for admission to the Bar. The form includes personal information, educational background, and employment history. In addition, the applicant must submit a written statement of purpose, transcripts, and a certificate of good standing from the bar of another state. Depending on the individual's circumstances, there may be additional documents required. There are two types of Oklahoma Attorney Admissions and Application Forms: 1) General Application Form, which is for those who have never been admitted to the Bar before, and 2) Reinstatement Application Form, which is for those who have been previously admitted to the Bar.
