Hello, I wanted to thank you for the excellent level of service that you provided to me today. I had damaged another driver's bike rack when my car slid into the back of her's in the rain day before yesterday. The damage to her rack was apparent, but I asked that she also have her hitch reciever checked to ensure that there was no damage there. You not only checked her hitch to verify that it was undamged, but you also assembled and installed the replacement bike rack. You offered to let me pay at the beginning of the service so that I would not need to wait. You did all this and only charged me a very good price for the rack. I appreciate the extra effort you went to and I will return to you and recommend you to others. Thank you so much.

Hi Rob, We spilled tomato sauce, champagne, cocoa, and tea all over the inside of the funliner on the very first trip. So I guess you could say it's been baptised! We had a great hiking trip in the sleet and rain in the North Cascades, it was great to have a warm dry place to return to post hike, love the van

I was at your shop on Thursday of this week to have a seat repaired in my Dodge Van. First of all, I want to thank you for being the only place in the area that I could find that could solve the problem that I had with a broken seat back.
Next, it was very nice to be able to visit with your staff while I was waiting for the seat repair to be completed. You have a very nice store, a friendly and helpful staff, and the best thing was that it was so nice to see a place where dogs are helping to keep the place running in good order.
I had a very pleasant experience, the work was done faster than the time estimated, the price was very fair, and I am a very satisfied customer. You can be sure that I will be back for any other needs for my RV or van, and I will highly recommend you to anyone else who needs parts or service.

To the crew at Van Specialties, I just wanted to let you know that I think you did a great job on my Sprinter back in July. I've had a lot of opportunities to use it as a camper van since then and it really came out great. The interior paneling, windows and LED lighting are all real nice, but custom bench seat and bed platform you built for me are really terrific!!! Thanks for everything! All the best to you!!

Hi Greg.....It's me Carl, you did a conversion on a sprinter a little over a year ago, and I have been meaning to check in and let you know that everything is going great. We just got back from a little road trip through the middle Southern States to visit a friend in Knoxville Tennessee. We have used the van quite a bit on small trips but have not been able to get away for any extended travel till now. We are trying to retire, again, and when we do, we expect to really do some driving. Anyway I could go on and on and waste your time with a bunch of gushing compliments but I don't really have the time so I will just say that the job you did for us remains the single most fulfilling and rewarding experience I have ever encountered with any contractor or vendor...ever. As we said when we took delivery back in 07, everything has turned out just as we wanted and every detail has met or exceeded our expectations. Thanks again.
