This Hot Pink Beautifying Juice will make you feel and look AMAZING! Loaded with TONS of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You'll be glowing from the inside out!
If you haven't noticed yet, I put kale in almost every juice I make (the taste is masked perfectly with lemon and apple). It is loaded with phytochemicals and compounds that nourish and detoxify the body while preventing cancer and inflammation (source).
I think everyone should consume kale at least a few times a week for its amazing, life-lengthening properties!
It's also quite delicious (if you prepare it the right way). This juice is colorful and vibrant, and you will feel just as fantastic as it looks with every sip!
Beets are another wonderful food for your body.
Not only are they full of vitamins and minerals (Vitamins A, B, and C, folate, phosphorus, and magnesium, to name a few), they have also been found to detoxify the blood, improve mental health, and prevent cancer (source).
Real quick, if you want some more info on beets (perhaps if your a nutrition nerd like me!) check out this awesome article by my friends at Well-Being Secrets!
I could go on for days about all of the incredible benefits each ingredient of this Hot Pink Beautifying Juice will provide... but I won't bore you with the details!
You'll be able to feel the goodness when you take just one sip! Enjoy this delicious juice for breakfast and you will be energized and feeling great all day long.

Would this work in a vitamix? I don't have a juicer
Annie
I would reduce the kale to 1 leaf, celery to 1 stalk, and omit the lemon in the Vitamix. Please let me know how it turns out!
Kylie
I followed this exact recipe using my Vitamix. No issues at all. You just need to cut the celery, carrots and beets into smaller pieces. You also need to add cold filtered water, 1/4-1/2 cup. I mixed a couple items first, and then added the rest a little bit at a time. Then I strained out the pulp. Delicious!! Thank you for this awesome recipe!

Why is the juice brown when i make it...how do u get the bright pink color?
Annie
I'm not sure! I got the hot pink color with all of the ingredients I listed. Sometimes they just come out looking differently, I'm not sure why!
lindsey
I re made it this am and it came out beautifully! I think my carrots were too big and over powered the beats turning it brown before lol
Taletha
What kind of Apple did you use? 🙂
Annie
Fuji I believe, but I honestly can't remember! 😀
Stephanie Robinson
Use the least expensive apples as long as they are not bad.
Sabine
But only organic apples since regular apples are overloaded with pesticides and those you do not want in your juice.

To juice beets, do I need to peel them first???
Annie
I didn't peel mine, just cut into quarters 🙂
John Lamendola
Make sure and use stiff brush and scrub beets before cutting and juicing them.
Senora
Would I half all the ingredients to be a single serving?
Annie
Yes!
Ana
Can I put beets in the blender ?
Annie
If it's a regular blender I would probably cook them first so they are soft. I think a vitamix would be able to handle them raw, though!
Daniel
Is is right that spinach can replace kale if it is not available
Annie
Yes, definitely!!
Heather
I made this just now and it was delicious. So excited to see what other recipes I can find to use my new juicer, this is fun! 🙂
Annie
Hey Heather! So glad you liked it 🙂 Happy New Year!
Rita
I made it just as the recipe calls for in my vita mix it came out great!! I did add several ice cubes and also peeled my lemon I'm not sure if I was supposed to do that or not. If anything I maybe would cut back on the ginger a little bit mine was pretty gingerly but I know Ginger is good for you
Annie
So glad you enjoyed 🙂 Yes ginger is great for digestion, but it can be kind of hardcore! Thanks for the comment, Rita!
Lethi
Can I steam the beet and the carrots because I'm using a blender and whatvcan of apple can I use and can I peel the lemon?
Annie
Hi Lethi!
I have never tried blending these, so I cannot vouch for how it will turn out! I'm thinking steaming would definitely be a good idea! I'd use any kind of apple except probably not a Granny Smith. And I would peel the lemon, yes! Hope you enjoy 🙂
Annie
Lethi
Hi again, okay what I have is a combination of food processor and a blender. I really want to try this juice with all my heart : )
Amy
Hi- i'm brand new to juicing, just started this week. Do you peel the lemon? Also, do you juice the greens on the beets? And what is a normal size carrot and Very? I want to try this juice tomorrow ☺
Annie
Hi Amy! I do peel the lemon. For this recipe, the beets I used didn't have any greens, but I'm sure that would work and add extra nutrition! I think if you just use 3 carrots that are around 75-100g each (not baby carrots) your juice will turn out amazing 🙂
Jagroop Dhillon
I am kind of new to juicing. Can I purchase vegetables in advance and would the juice have the same potency through a week's worth of storage?
Annie
I think that would be perfectly fine 🙂
Nancy Rothenstine
Can the Ninja system be used for this?
Annie
Hi Nancy!
I'm not too familiar with the Ninja but I'm pretty sure it's more of a blender than a juicer. If you're blending all of this together, I would definitely add water - I'm sure it will still taste delicious!
Annie

How long does this keep if refrigerated?
Annie
I'm not entirely sure, but in my experience it starts losing some of its potency and the flavor starts deteriorating by the next day. I recommend drinking it as soon as you can for maximum taste and benefits 🙂
Standa
Is this type of water taken daily for weight loss or not, Annie? And how long? I am interested in this matter.
Have a nice day!
Annie
Hi Standa! This isn't necessarily a juice intended for weight loss. It is a delicious juice with tons of health and nutrition benefits 🙂

What causes all the carbs????
Annie
The sugar in fruit & veggies! Healthy sugars of course 🙂
