Even better than pictured!
We couldn't have been happier with this apartment for our stay in Nice! It had everything we needed and then some! The location can't be beat! It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the view is just spectacular! It was spacious and modern, and we loved all the natural light from the windows. Everything was comfy, and it was so nice that our daughter had her own bathroom. I am big on ironing, and the iron was top notch! We didn't have any issues, and Val was great at communicating. Maybe it's because it was cold outside, but we didn't have any noise issues from outside. We loved our stay there, and we would definitely highly recommend!!

Easy, central place in Nice
Spacious updated second floor apartment in an old building on Place Rossetti. Central to most everything and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Val is very easy to deal with and responsive. The terrace and second bathroom are a plus.

Great stay!
We loved the location, and the apartment! It was clean and the balcony lovely. Heads up if you’re noise sensitive Saturday night is long and loud, and the bed is hard. It was a trade off for the awesome atmosphere and great walk ability!

Great location!
Great location in the heart of Old Nice. Your balcony is overlooking the church square. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. The check in process was easy with Val. The unit was clean and well decorated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Nice. AC worked great. Although there is no parking, there are large subterranean public garages a couple minutes walk from the unit

Another amazing stay at Magic Cathedral
My husban and I have traveled to the south of France several times We found this great place last summer and just returned from another stay! The host is wonderful to work with. The apartment is safe, clean, close to the beach and a great base for a Nice trip! We will definitely return again!!

Great home and location! Wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed here for a short trip to Nice for the Jazz Festival! This location was convenient to maximize our time in Nice. Short walks or tram rides to all the experiences we wanted to take in. The home was Uber clean and we appreciated being able to do a load of laundry. Nice is a lovely and lively city!

Wonderful Nicois Holiday!
The apartment was clean, newly refurbished, and contemporary. It was perfect for our family of four. The two bathrooms were new and modern. The large balcony, accessed through either of 2 separate french doors in the living room, was a great perch to take in the energy of the old city while enjoying a chilled rose. The apartment manager was always and immediately available and he offered great insights into restaurants and bakeries, etc. It was a great week, and so tough to leave!

Great little apartment
This apartment is great. My spouse and I and our two kids were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location; easily walkable to anywhere in old town or the port and close to the beach. Val was very helpful as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Nice, very central to everything, clean and comfortable. Anything you need is within walking distance. It was a pleasure watching the scene in the square below after a day out in the city and when you close the balcony doors to sleep there is no noise at all. Would stay here again.

Magic Cathedrale
This property is in a great location -- in the heart of Old Town Nice. There is so much activity in the square that this apartment overlooks, from restaurants to ice cream parlors to pubs to coffee shops. The activity may not be for everyone (we stayed in the heart of tourist season, so it may be quieter during other months) but we really enjoyed the energy. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 adult sons. The pull-out couches in the living room were comfortable for them to sleep. The apartment is modern and well furnished. Val was a great host, answering a lot of questions and giving us guidance on things to do during our stay.

Great apartment near everything on Old Town
My wife and I really enjoyed this apartment. The location was very central to many things including the beach, great restaurants, Castel Hill, and much more. The apartment had a nice amount of space including separate kitchen/eating area, a sitting room with two large couches, and a nice sized bedroom. There were also two full bathrooms which made getting ready really easy! We would definitely stay here again. The bed is a bit firm but otherwise everything was very comfortable (and the air conditioning was a great benefit as it was very warm during our trip). One thing on the location, it is above a popular ice cream shop and busy square so if you go to bed early it can be a little noisy. Consider taking ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. In our view though, the location was awesome and definitely outweighed the noise. Anything you could want/need was within 5-10 minutes or less.

Valery’s place is in a great location and she was very quick to respond to our requests. Her apartment was very relaxing and calm. The one downside was that there was were not as many proper beds as advertised, thought the large comfortable couches worked just fine. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Great location in the heart of old Town. Tons of shops, restaurants, markets and short walk to the beach. etc. Our balcony overlooked the Piazza rosetti and the church. Charming place to be. Recommend it to anybody wanting to experience Old Town charm!

Great stay!
The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.

Truly great apartment in a near perfect location.
Apt is located in a terrific area of Nice: old town charm; close to tram (which connects directly to train station), restaurants, Parc de Chateau, beach, etc. We also comfortably walked to Chagall and Matisse museums - probably a mile and a half each way. Just a few things to be aware of: -it is a busy location and double-glazed windows do a remarkable job of keeping out the noise. We do carry and did use a white noise machine to filter out the rest. Recommended. -The apt could use black-out shades in the bedroom. It's fairly bright all night long. -It would be good if toilet paper and soap were provided. One arrives at 17:00 hrs in an unfamiliar city and have to immediately find a couple of essentials. -Val is a nice guy, but don't expect him to meet you at the apt when you arrive (checked our earlier emails and this was the arrangement) or to be on time to check the place out when you leave. You have to be prepared to contact him via phone or email. -Val is very prompt in returning the damage deposit. The above are not criticisms so much as things I would want to be aware of before arriving. In summary, this is a great apt in a great location. We hope to stay here again.

Spacious, airy, well appointed apartment in the very best location
Val’s apartment is without doubt, one of the best apartments we have stayed in across VRBO/airbnb/stayz/homeaway etc during our many travels throughout the world. It is ideally situated above an open square that is close to everything and everywhere you might want to do or see. It is large, spacious, light and airy. There is a separate room for the kitchen, a separate room for the living/eating and a separate bedroom. Plus two complete – toilet, sink, shower (strong, hot water) – bathrooms. Plus a balcony overlooking the square – ideal for eating breakfast bought fresh from the nearby market. The apartment is very well provisioned with a (like) nespresso coffee maker, a washing machine, 2 TVs (living and bedroom), a music dock and even umbrellas and mats for the (stone) beach. There are 33 stairs up to the apartment but it is Europe and it is certainly worth the effort to get there. Val was very quick to respond to texts. If we are ever fortunate enough to be in Nice again, we hope we will be even more fortunate enough to rent Val’s apartment again

Perfection in paradise!
The apartment is in the heart of the old village, just minutes from the beach and steps away from cafes, restaurants, shopping, the farmers markets, etc. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. Val provides towels for the beach, kitchen with pots, pans, salt/pepper/olive oil, etc. Air conditioning and wifi both work great. We didn't find the noise outside at night to be bothersome at all, but I do come from NYC so a bit of street noise is something I'm used to. Val responded to all communication quickly and was available during our stay (although we never needed anything) and close by. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Brilliant apartment in Nice
This was our first visit to Nice and not only is the city beautiful, our stay was made all the more enjoyable by our discovery of this charming and comfortable apartment in the old city. Nestled overlooking a colourful and energetic square, the apartment is in an historical building with every modern convenience. I cannot say enough good about the owner Val, who was prompt in his replies to our questions and was so charming to deal with. The apartment is so very close to wonderful restaurants, the beach is just steps away and is very accessible on a major city tram/bus route. I have already been telling friends about this apartment and it is my hope to return to Nice and deal with Val once again.

This new one bedroom apartment overlooking Place Rosetti has a fantastic location (literally on second floor above Fennochio's). Pros: Balcony overlooking the square, Nespresso machine. Spacious living room and bed room, 2 toilets and showers, location!, all mod cons - washing machine etc. Cons: location! Noisy during nights as Place Rossetti is a party location Val was very accomodating and gracious
