Excellent location

Quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean from the living area and primary bedroomWe liked having towels and sheets put onthe bed.The 21 stairs to the unit was a challenge tous ( senior citizens) when carrying our luggage up and down.Cons- musty smell, needs some updating-

Escaping cold weather

The condo was as described, clean and great location right next to walkway to the beach. Walkable restaurants nearby and great ice shop a block away at Cone Heads. You do have to walk up a flight of steps to get in and also another flight of steps for bedrooms, so if that’s an issue, might want to look elsewhere. It gave us some exercise! Also was surprised how wide the beach was and how far you had to walk to get to the ocean. The beach was pretty shelly too. I wore sandals to be more comfortable. The rental company was very responsive and accommodating to change my reservation to add a few days.

Steps from the Ocean

Online description is accurate. Location is literally steps from the beach. Views are breathtaking and the private balconies give you the ability to see and hear the ocean waves at your leisure. You do need to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper. The contract spells out the expectations well.We hope to stay again!

St Augustine

The property location was perfect. The beach was steps away and getting around to all the attractions was also very easy. Walking distance to restaurants. The property does need some updating. It would be nice if the property management would leave a supply of everyday needs such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies. The beach was amazing. Downtown St Augustine was wonderful. Lots of things to do.

Labor day weekend

Stairs were very difficult for us. Did not seem like a premium property. Not well stocked or furnished. View was wonderful. Beach was very nice. Parking was very difficult. Would never stay there again.

10th Street

The beach was being widened. The construction area was our oceanfront view. The construction went on all through the night, every night. Bulldozers were beeping all night long. We couldn’t sleep with all of the noise. We couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck at all. We were very disappointed with our experience.

Perfect place for sunrise lovers

Overall it was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was broken upon arrival and had books stacked underneath to balance it. And there was a heavy mildew smell from the stackable washer, that took some getting used to. Also, the beach access for day one, was great, but due to the erosion control project going on, the days following were quite a walk for us and our six year old, just to find a nice spot on the beach. It was a lot to have to carry everything, especially when we had been told just a short walk to the beach which was literally at our back door. We were not told ahead of time, of the project, and the loud equipment being used and the bright lights that would be shining right in the master bedroom windows at night. The access to other places like restaurants and activities, is great! The ability to see the sunrises, even with the heavy machinery constantly going was still breathtaking. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

It’s a really nice property in a great location. It’s very spacious and has everything you need. While parts have been upgraded/updated, there are still some signs of wear…nothing major though. The sliding glass doors aren’t the easiest to open/close. Overall great stay and would stay again.

beautiful location and condo...several safety issues not addressed immediately. told firplace didn't work but owner came to do to assessment of property and showed us how the electric firplace worked, fixed two lights ( we were without lights for 2 nights in 2 areas, and fixed keypad which maintenance couldn't fix ( this was done day before we left) master bath jaquzie no safety bars..fell twice getting in and out.

Honeymoon

We stayed here and were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do with easy access to activities, beaches and fishing. Plenty of fantastic restaurants within minutes and the sunrises are stunning!

Nice condo and location

Right on the beach, loved hearing and seeing the waves crashing. Didn’t realize when I booked that it had stairs, my 80 year old mother has trouble with them. Overall a lovely condo, some problems with the dishwasher, but otherwise a very lovely condo.

Disappointing Discovery

Glorious location. Property smelled. Everywhere. Was not clean. Sliding glass doors were in bad shape. Numerous broken down things in the unit. Chair on deck (which, hey, you’re there for the view!) was wobbly and when I phoned was told we could carry the wrought iron chair downstairs from the upstairs deck ourselves. My 72 year old heart patient husband. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Get a way

Perfect view. Few issues. 1. No wand on blinds or n living room 2. Shocked twice on outlet trying to plug coed charger in (outlet close to living room sliding glass doors) 3. Broken bottom on plastic wine glass 4. Missing fan blade on master bedroom fan 6. One socket in small bedroom behind dresser doesn’t work. 7. Temp hard to regulate. Otherwise the location and view were perfect. Very enjoyable

Beach view was Amazing

It was beautiful to see the beach from the living room and balconies. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. A few things I would consider changing are: 1. Provide a few more towels … one each was not enough 2. Replace the pots and pans, they were old and need thrown out 3. The dishes were dirty and most had to be washed prior to using Overall, we would stay here again.

A perfect week of beach and sun!

We love this condo, it is our second time renting it and will 100% rent again in the future. The location is perfect, the beach is steps away and always a fun time. It’s close to many restaurants to enjoy and ice cream as well as mini golf. We love it and the check in/out process is easy.

WHAT A VIEW

This place is amazing. The unit overlooks the beach. The view from the master bedroom is worth every penny. I was able to open the windows and hear the sounds of the ocean all night. I will be back.
