Poor location, fine apartment
The apartment was fine but it is a 40 minute walk from anything worth seeing, and you have to walk through sketchy areas. Do not recommend if your intent is to experience the city.

Great space in a cool historic location
Enjoyed it everything was top notch. Would recommend. My small friendly note is to make sure there are small things for cooking like olive oil, salt and pepper and the dish soap/sponge for small items or if dishwasher doesn’t work

Beautiful place, but needs better attention.
We arrived at 4:30pm and the cleaning person was still cleaning our place, our check in time was at 4pm. When I checked in I called to request a second towel, they only gave 1 towel even though the reservation was for 2 people. We waited 2 and a half hours, I called again and they finally brought the towel, 3 hours later. I reported that the dishwasher door was broken, we were unable to use it and had no way of washing dishes by hand since they didn’t offer a scrub either. Our stay was for 2 nights. You can hear EVERYTHING both from the living room, bathroom, bedroom. You can also hear the building door every time someone comes in or out, or simply passing by. Not the best place if one of you is an early riser and the other one is not. Location is about 7 min drive to French Quarter, close enough drive. But keep in mind that there is nothing around you, it’s a residential area. I am unsure if I would choose to stay here again. TIP: I recommend to bring a converter for the computer, our unit had a HDMI cable but I forgot my converter. It seemed like some units had smart TVs but ours wasn’t so we were unable to use it.

Gravier 1 bd stay
Very nice & roomy. Super clean. Historic bldg nicely redone to modern but love the exposed brick wall. Had all you could need for short or long stay. Maybe not best neighborhood, but felt very secure with the coded gate, building, and parking areas. App provides all needed info. Will stay again.

SUPER clean, cute & comfortable place! i had a great peace of mind knowing that you had to have a code to get into the gates to park & get into the building & into the room! it was close enough to the ceasar superdome to walk! & close to the french quarter & bourbon street. HIGHLY recommend staying here. if i ever come back to new orleans i will with no doubt book here again!

The apartment is perfect if you are attending an event at the Superdome and want to walk there. The layout is contemporary and provided all we needed. Parking area for car helped us feel secure. We will stay again when coming to the Dome.

Good stay
Overall this property was a good place. The unit was clean, comfortable and had a nice design. The surrounding area wasn’t as updated but that was ok. Concerns with the property were all the windows were unlocked upon arrival and one window had a broken lock mechanism which I had to go to a local hardware store to buy supplies to reattach. Also, the parking area has a coded gate to keep cars secure but the walk-in gate was broke and was accessible to anyone to enter the parking area. The building itself was accessible only with a code which was good. Overall a good place that needed some minor adjustments. Would stay here gains.

Perfectly Relaxing Stay
This is one of our new favorites places, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable. I loved the bathroom and shower, and dining space and living area. Plenty of pillows on the king size bed made for the most perfect rest after a day walking around the French Quarter, Canal street, or City Park. I felt that the apartment was in a quiet area and was so comfortably clean that I was able to feel at home and rest during my stay. We used the streetcar often, as it was only a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Looking forward to staying again for a quick getaway!

The quiet corner in NOLA.
We took a Lyft everywhere, not a super walkable city if you want to leave the French quarter. No big though, all the Lyft drivers said the neighborhood was a touch sketchy. It felt fine plus the gate and building were both incredibly secure. I believe the building was booked solid while we were there, not for nothing, everyone was incredibly polite. Super clean and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again!

My only complaint is that I was not notified about the parking arrangements until about a week before the trip. Be prepared to spend more $$ to park in the gated area attached to the building. Overall it was a cute and clean place to stay.

Vrbo screwed up on this property and blamed us
We thought we were scheduled for this property but on our way there we were told by sonder that we were book for dallas texas. After being on hold for over an hour we were told that vrbo didnt have a clue of what we were talking about proceeded to call the last property we stayed at, demanding if we paid, and basically screwed us over

Beautuful apartment
The apartments is located in the medical district. It was the MOST QUIET place in the city that I've ever stayed in my life. Apartment was beautiful, well furnished, bed was comfortable, and more then enough room. The fenced parking area was nice as well. Highly recommended for the price. It's not a place you'll be able to walk to things, but if you're in town and driving, this is close to downtown and the Quarter.

Wow. High Ceilings!
12 foot ceilings, brick walls, tasteful wood framing for 8 foot narrow windows. Awesome place, all the conveniences, everything works, a shower to die for.
