Este apartamento dúplex tipo loft tiene entrada en la planta baja y una increíble terraza con vista completa del horizonte de Manhattan de norte a sur. Por favor, siéntase libre de hacer una barbacoa y disfrutar del sitio viendo El apartamento consta de la sala de estar y la cocina como un flujo a través de la vida.

Subiendo las escaleras está el dormitorio principal con un ambiente muy acogedor, en la fuente de la habitación podrá disfrutar del increíble amanecer sobre la vista del horizonte, en la parte trasera de la habitación hay un baño privado completo.

Bajando las escaleras, las otras dos habitaciones consisten en armarios empotrados que incluyen ventanas que también dan al horizonte de Nueva York.

Acabamos de agregar un quinto dormitorio a esta propiedad con baño privado completo. Esta habitación tiene una entrada independiente para mayor privacidad.

En todas las habitaciones se incluyen camas de aire para huéspedes muy cómodas y autoinflables, de tamaño doble o completo son valiosas. ¡No dude en preguntar antes de su llegada para que se configuren!

¡La más grande de las dos habitaciones tiene una entrada privada al jardín trasero que tiene vista al horizonte y mucha área para que jueguen los niños!

¡La Gran Manzana está en nuestro patio trasero! Viajar a Manhattan está a solo 15-20 minutos en automóvil o la parada de NJ Transit Bus (123 Bus a 42st Manhattan) está a 1/2 cuadra de la aparente. Por favor, pregunte acerca de nuestros documentos de recurso de invitado! ¡Hay un montón de información sobre museos, lugares de compras y lugares para ver sitios! ¡No dude en pedir ayuda o cualquier pregunta con necesidades de viaje!

Hay una piscina comunitaria de tamaño olímpico justo al lado llamada Fireman's Memorial Park, que incluye una zona de baño infantil. Por favor pregunte con anticipación si está planeando ir.

Repeat offender

0 Stars!! Nightmare!! Please Read reviews Had this trip booked months ago. Had family flying in to meet us. We drove 20 hours to stay in a city we know nothing about. After communicating with the owners regarding parking we became suspicious. Owner asked us what vehicles we were driving. I told him 2 large and he said just leave the cash on the table.. what?? No receipt?? We reached out in the morning of our stay to request the code to enter the building. He emailed us back shortly after that he would be cancelling our trip. Made up some excuse that was pathetic. He has no back up plan set up. Upon further investigation, reading reviews and communicating with other families he has done this to, we determine he is double booking. Absolutely criminal!!! We had to get VRBO involved and they found this terrible hotel that would house our 3 families.. here is the catch… they would only cover 1 night and our family would be responsible to cover the rest of he week. Oh and to top it off we had to pay all fees associated with the hotel. We ended up having to pay for two vacations!! Not to mention I spent 4 hours on the phone with VRBO trying to find a place to stay.. Do yourself a favor…Run far away from this nightmare.

Stay Elsewhere!!!

Do yourself a favor and look for a different property. Host canceled our reservation at 11pm the night before check in, on a holiday weekend. We had shows and activities already booked and paid for. The host offered zero assistance. VRBO offered a hotel stay, 1 room only, for a family of 6. Don't chance it like I did, walk away.

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable! Amazing View!

We stayed here with our four children for a week and had a great time. Convenient access to everything in NYC and NJ. Communication with the host was great. Would absolutely recommend! The view was incredible. Overall, I think this was a great value for us.

This property owner ignored text & email and canceled our reservation within 20 hrs of arrival.

Don’t give this property owner a chance, last minute cancellation! Tried a bait & switch property with only 3 bedrooms & 1 bath for our group of 8 adults. VRBO was little help locating a replacement property.

Une arnaque : a fuir . Changement de location

Location réservée depuis plusieurs mois . Le propriétaire vous annule votre location pendant votre vol et vous propose une location de rechange à la dernière minute . Nous étions une famille de 15 ( grands parents / enfants /petits enfants ) dans 2 appartements différents . Impossible de partager un repas tous ensemble à table . Ce qui est étonnant les voyageurs précédents ont eu la même aventure quelques semaines auparavant ! Étonnant . La seule chose positivé nous avions chacun une chambre . Attention à fuir

Great Skyline view from the appartment

The apartment is well equipped for 2 families with kids or teenagers. There is sufficient room in the bedrooms, and the number of bathrooms is helpful as well. We used the balcony to enjoy the great Skyline view, this is amazing. The view from the lower rooms is blocked by trees and so is the lower outside seating area. Besides that, the backyard does not look very inviting, and is certainly not a great space to play for kids as advertised. There is a bakery close by which is open 24/7 and which provides great breakfast or very late snacks/coffee. On arrival, maintenance was still going on in the apartment which was not clear before, but the owners clarified this within minutes. So, we could move in with just some delay. In general, the whole apartment might need some overhaul, but if you look for an apartment to sleep and to have a great view, this is it.

The changed our reservation last minute we got a smaller VRBO with no refunds of the bigger one

There was no lights downstairs on one of the rooms just a lamp and he swore you had to pull the cord of the fan harder but we did and the light wouldn’t turn on we recorded it and everything he said he would reach out about the refund of the difference between the places and he never did when I contacted him about it again I got no response.

Nice View

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of room to spread out. It was only six of us staying here and after being in huge crowds daily in New York City, it was nice to come back and be able to spread out and have privacy at the end of the day. Only complaint was the washer and dryer didn’t work and we started running out of clean clothes. We did contact our host and he tried to get it serviced for us, but was unable to have it done before the end of our stay. Clean and comfortable beds, and bedding. Ceiling fans could use a dusting and a couple light bulbs in the bathroom were burned out. Easy to catch the bus running into the city. The view from the patio looking into the city was spectacular and something I will never forget. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

Double booked, I booked 3 months in advance

I booked in May, to check in Sept. Paid in full. They double booked some one a week before check in. They moved me to a smaller unit. Had no choice it was in missed of the hurricane, and a wedding to go to. Very disappointed.

Very satisfied

Place was clean and looked like the pictures. View was incredible. Communication with the host was a little iffy but I'll give benefit of the doubt as they seemingly were dealing with a personal issue. The loft itself was as expected. If I'm going to nitpick, there is few things that bothered us. The clothes washer apparently is broken. There were no batteries in the remote controls. The TV is lower level got no channels which I thought was weird. Plus only 1 remote for 3 TVs (???)... Other than those few minor things our stay was enjoyable. The view is to die for and makes up for any shortcomings. A solid 4 out 5 stars. I'd recommend the place will definitely consider the next time we come to the city.

Unbelievable!!

The owners cancelled on me just as my family arrived at the airport. I was shocked! It was difficult to rebook since there was some kind of convention in town and most rentals don’t have anything available the first night. I understand emergencies occur but the owner just had no compassion! I wouldn’t give them a second shot.

Driving to this property might give you pause if you dont know the area, but rest assured it's a perfect property in a good area, with an amazing view. We commuted in and out of Manhattan with ease and the place was everything as promised. Peter was hospitable and easy to communicate with. Thanks for helping us enjoy a fun weekend!

Beautiful view

Stayed here with my family. We had plenty of room and there was everything we needed. Even though there is no central air there is a window unit in each room. The view was breathtaking all day long. You have the view from the dining/living room as well as two of the other bedrooms. I will definitely stay here again. The location made it easy to travel to Manhattan and all the places of interest. The local people at the stores we went to were friendly. There is also a Trader Joe’s not too far from the property. Everything about this place had great energy. It felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable especially the couch in the living room.

Spectacular

A once in a lifetime occasion called for a once in a lifetime location. What a view!!! 5 comfortable bedrooms with very good amenities. Some small problems with the sliding door and coffee maker did not diminish the experience in your excellently located property. A short walk to great dining and grocery shopping just added to the treat that the staff and owner provided in courtesy and service. Thank you Peter and gang for a wonderful time. Pretty nice place

First the owners were amazing! They were in great communication with us the whole time!! However If you have a large group like I did 16 people it can be a little challenging in the home! Loved that it had 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms! The new bedroom unfortunately didn’t have any drawers for us to put our clothes so it was a little frustrating taking them in and out of our luggage! The other bedrooms did have drawers for the other guest which they were happy! The patio view is amazing wow so beautiful both at night and day! The kitchen in the picture looks bigger but it’s really tiny! The WiFi isn’t the greatest it kept dropping everytime we try to get on it we kept having lots of problems! If I were you I wouldn’t go with a large group due to noise they ask after 12am no noise it was a little hard for us due to the time change and neighbor was complaining we were being too loud but than again the walls are pretty much connected and neighbor can most likely hear everything that’s why they ask to keep it down after 12 midnight which is totally understandable but hard when you have kids that aren’t used to the time change!! I love how everything was very close the bakery down the street and the bus stop so we can get to the subway station in Manhattan!! The couches are very uncomfortable they seemed really old I would definitely get some newer one’s put it! Hot water ran out quick with my large group! I would love to come back but not with a big group I honestly would say maybe 10 people in that home would be good enough more than that I wouldn’t recommend it!

Diamond In The Rough

While the location may appear a bit rough, once you step into the apartment, it seems as if you are transported to a charming and updated apartment. The many rooms are fantastic and the dining table was a boon for us as a larger group. The best part of the property is, of course, the Manhattan skyline view. The pictures are actuate and honestly, it provides many picture-worth moments. If you decide to be adventurous and want to walk to dinner, please google Carpe Diem Pub. It’s fantastic food and one of the best burgers we’ve ever had!

We loved this place!

Stay in this quiet little neighborhood on the Jersey side with fabulous views of the entire Manhattan skyline. Pictures from the outdoor deck do not do the view justice, it is truly astounding! Clean and well maintained, property managers will bend over backwards for you! Bodega, liquor store, laundromat, bakery all no more than 4 blocks away. This property offers space and privacy for your traveling party. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms were even stocked with shampoos, conditioners, soap and toothpaste. Just in case you are skeptical,the bus stop 1 block away, truly is easy to navigate into the city. Property managers also work closely with a transportation/car service that is phenomenal. The value, location and service we received on our 5 day stay will have me booking this property again in the future.

Property was a hidden gem! Appeared small from the outside but looks are definitely deceiving!!

The unit was great! Clean and modern with all the amenities you need! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for my children to play, and the view of NYC from the deck is superb!! We were in town for a family wedding and had 15 family and friends over for an afternoon comfortably!! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip to NYC!!

In regards to my rentals, I rent my apartments by rooms or the complete apartment, I live downstairs from the rentals w/ my son. At the NYC Skyline apartment my father is also available . My availability is 24/7 , I like to provide a comforting, relaxing environment to every new visitor.

Our apartment is only a 15 minutes ride into Manhattan (depending on traffic) with access to either Lincoln or Holland tunnels. The NJ Transit bus stop is also a block away from the apartment which takes you directly to 42st Port Authority station. Please let us know if we have not sent you our Guest Guide PDF document yet!
This apartment has video surveillance 24 hrs a day in the front parking lot and on the rear deck.

We just went in to check out the vibe and view. This restaurant/ lounge/ club was awesome. I loved the chandeliers and decor. I was empress with the grown and sexy fun atmosphere.
