2 living rooms with big screen TVs. You can use your own subscriptions with the TV. There is some free content as well.
Fully stocked kitchen with a wine fridge and a double oven containing pots, pans, plates, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, extensive seasoning and spices, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and waffle maker. There are some coffee pods and teas stocked.

The townhouse is well-maintained with everything you could need, including nice privacy, for small groups or larger family stays the way the place is laid out. The location is hard to beat - so much within walking distance!

Awesome Rental in a Great Neighborhood
7 friends stayed for a long weekend to take in a football game at NRG Stadium. The house is perfectly located only 15 minutes from the stadium and in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and bars nearby. The house itself is plenty big for 5-8 adults plus kids. The pool, which got a lot of sun, was a great perk. Host was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental for groups of friends and families.

Loved this place!
The property is in an awesome location, the pool was clean and wonderful, the place was well stocked with everything you need in a rental. There were pool towels and a couple floats/noodles, which was great. The host Reagan was super helpful and friendly, and check in and check out were a breeze. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Houston Visit with grandparents living nearby
This was such a great ‘home base’ for our visit with my parents. My husband and I and 5 kids-3,6,7,10 and 20 stayed 5 nights and this home was just what we needed. The location was convenient and nearby many great restaurants and stores. The pool was just right and the kids really enjoyed swimming and playing. Perfect Location!
We had a fabulous stay! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals - plenty of plates, cups and silverware. So nice to have basic supplies of paper products, spices, oils, coffee, tea, etc. The pool is a necessity in Texas and we loved soaking the days away. Excellent communication skills with the host!

Excellent Location
We were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving and this home was directly across from her apartment complex. We had no problems checking in and the host, Reagan, was very good about addressing our concerns. There are some great restaurants within a five minute walk and downtown is just a 10 minute drive away.

Wonderful house
We could not have asked for a better location for our stay. The house’s layout was great as it allowed each couple to have their own personal space but come together in the great living and dining room. The host was very responsive and provided us all the information we needed for our stay.
