Ce condo d'une chambre est équipée d'un lit chevron queen, rouge reine en cuir canapé-lit, queen matelas gonflable, 1 salle de bain complète, grand placard, laveuse / sécheuse de plain-pied et d'une cuisine avec tous les appareils et les nécessités, y compris Keurig machine à café. Superbowl visit
Easy check-in & check out process. Perfect location. Clean and had everything you needed. My only con was the pictures didn't match the unit, but it was still a dope unit.

Beautiful condo in a great location
Wow! We loved this condo. It was right by all the action. Cody is a great host! We were able to walk everywhere from this location and averaged 10 miles a day. We walked to the French Market, WWII museum and the Garden District. While the primary bedroom and living room are subjected to all the street noise, the interior bedroom was super quiet. Make sure you put your light sleepers in the smaller bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t pass this one by
Everything ran very smoothly even though our flight was delayed. It was easy and friendly to chat with the host. The place can’t be beat for location. Yes there is noise in one of the rooms from bourbon street next door but no one needed earplugs except me because I am a light sleeper and did fine. Close to everything you need. Exceptionally clean. And comfortable.. We will most certainly stay here again. Thumbs up !

Nice condo. Was unaware that we would be evicted if the manages office knew we were renting.
The only problem was the management office stooping us from getting in your rooms. They said rentals strictly prohibited and they would evict us if they knew we were renting. We were only given one key fob so we all had to stay close to each other or we had no access to our place.

Pros: great kocation, clean, modern, and plenty of space. We will def stay here again! Easy check in and great communication! Con: if u stay in the br on the street the noise is super loud, be sure to take earplugs or a fan to dampen the noise…

It was ok and then bad.
The property was convenient as stated and you will need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It was nicely decorated and spacious so we liked that. However, there wasnt enough toiletries or any trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc. So you will have to buy that. It wasnt as clean as we thought and there were a few things missing like the pullout couch. One night we came home and our door was unlocked and I was sure to lock it so either it's broken or something happened with the lock. After checkout we were called by VRBO about a tv they said was missing and I told them to check the cameras because it sounds fishy. We parked in the garage which was a benefit but parking was also $10 more than they stated and I didnt get a refund.I wouldn't trust staying here or at a property these gentleman rent out again, honestly.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location.
This property is an excellent value for the location. One of the nicest locations I've ever stayed in New Orleans. Location is right in the heart of the French quarter. Only problem being is the noise in the master bedrooms due to the great location but that's to be expected I guess. Book with confidence, you'll love this place.

Quick Weekend Getaway
The property was very clean, the host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfectly placed in the middle of all the action. One of the rooms is a bit noisier than the other but much to be expected being right off Bourbon street, my white noise maker and some cocktails before bed took care of that problem. I would stay here again when traveling to New Orleans for sure.

Property is located right in the heart of the French Quarter so very noisy from the afternoon and through the night. Apartment was very comfortable and cool which was a welcome relief when coming in from the New Orleans summer.

NOLA is a good time!
We had a great time! Didn't realize until it was time for bed that we were put in a different unit because the pull out bed was missing. Understand able that this unit was damaged from a roof leak, but being told ahead of time would have been nice. Paid $70 for the parking pass but our vehicle didn't fit, still waiting to get my refund I was promised for that. Other than that, the unit we were put in was perfect location! Spacious, neat view of the street, it is loud but we expected that! They leave the place ice cold which was nice to walk in to after out in the heat! Would recommend and would stay again.

Great location
The location couldn’t be beat! Right off Bourbon, which did include a noisy main bedroom. Earplugs were sufficient to block out noise. The only suggestion is to have hand soap, paper towels and backup toilet paper, which we had to purchase during our stay. We really appreciated being able to drop our bags before 4pm check-in. Great communication with host! We will be back!

The place was EPIC. and Wyatt was on top of things. We parked and walked everywhere around Quarter
The place was located close enough to everything including the French Quarters & Smoothie King Center. Wyatt was so helpful in getting us in and the place was so clean with comfortable beds. We couldn't have found a better location and place. Thanks Wyatt

Better than pictured!
We loved this apartment. It's better than the pics (I think the interior pics are actually of another unit). Bedrooms are bigger, living room space is HUGE, and the furniture was nice and comfy. The kitchen only had basics, but with all the fantastic restaurants within walking distance, it's not an issue. As other reviews stated, it is noisyyyyy. But it's NOLA, baby! The location makes up for it. Pack some earplugs and it's not bad at all. The main entrance is very nice, but we discovered another one closer to the apartment that exits through the attached parking garage. We never heard other neighbors. This place was well worth it and we would definitely stay here again.
