Around 3 a.m., the NOPD says a car slammed into a crowd of people in the area of Bourbon Street and Iberville Street.
According to witnesses, three unknown subjects were seen shooting the victim, then leaving the scene in a black vehicle.
The victim, identified as William Bradford, 44, was rushed to a hospital in critical condition. He later died from his injuries.
