Our unsalted butter is made from fresh milk collected from our farms. The cream is crystallised and processed through a Fritz butter churn to produce traditional pure grass-fed butter. Our butter contains no additives or preservatives and has the distinct light yellow colour and creamy taste that comes from milk produced by grass fed cows.
