This watch winder from the popular and well regarded US brand uses the Module 2.5 mechanism and comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Windsor watch winders are very simple to operate. These mains or battery powered watch winders come with an AC adapter with face plates for UK, EU and US sockets. They can also be operated using four D cell batteries and have a built in sensor that lets you use either 1.5V Alkaline or 3.6V Lithium batteries.

These wood framed watch winders are covered in a pebbled finish leatherette material in a very stylish dark brown colour, with an orange silk fabric faceplate, polished chrome control panel and Wolf Designs' patented 'lock-in cuff' watch pillow. This version has a front cover, with Mabuchi motors for quiet operation and is recommended for larger watches.

Program settings: This simple to use watch winder has an on / off switch with a 10 second start delay. It is preset to 900 turns per day with three direction settings: clockwise only, anti-clockwise only or bi-directionally. It has pre-programmed pause and sleep cycles, there is an LED light which indicates where it is in the operating cycle and each side has a separate switch (so can be set to a different program or turned off).

The display has maximum dimensions of 210 x 295 x 140 mm (L x W x H). The soft removable, squashable watch holder has a maximum circumference of 245mm and a maximum width of 70mm. It can be compressed to hold a strap circumference of 160mm.

How will the item be delivered?

The delivery method for this item is address / postcode dependent. For the majority of UK mainland addresses the standard delivery method is via Interlink Express. This is a next working day, trackable, courier delivery with 1 hour delivery slot.

For Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK / Scottish Islands addresses with the postcodes detailed below Interlink charge a substantial premium so we will use use Royal Mail delivery, which is a 1 - 3 day service on average but can take slightly longer. Addresses affected are as follows:

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.

We do not deliver to the Channel Islands as they are outside of the EU and express delivery costs are much higher.

When will the item be delivered?

All orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Orders received after 12 noon are dispatched the next day and orders placed after 12 noon Friday or over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday (unless it is a bank holiday) and should arrive on the Tuesday.

Interlink: items typically arrive the next working day. Interlink deliver Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and all orders are trackable. You will receive an email informing you when your order has been despatched. The email will contain a clickable link to track your item on the Interlink website. The day your item will be delivered you will receive another email informing you of your 1 hour delivery slot. The email will provide instructions on how to re-arrange delivery to a more convenient date / time if this delivery slot is not suitable.

For orders to Northern Ireland, Highlands and UK / Scottish Islands destinations: Delivery will usually be 1 - 3 working days after dispatch when we use Royal Mail, although this is not guaranteed as it is officially a 1 - 7 working day service.

Please note all deliveries require a signature. If you are not in, the delivery company will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery of your item.

Delivery to Europe:

Please contact us for an invoice before you buy. The postage included as standard is for UK only. if you buy and specify a non UK address you will be refunded and your purchase cancelled.

We can only ship to addresses in Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. We cannot ship to other countries.

We use Interlink Europe by Road service which is fully tracked and has an expected delivery time of 2 - 4 working days after the day of dispatch. Working days are Monday - Friday only.

International shipping costs a flat £7.95 more than the standard UK shipping cost per item. If you buy more than one item you will pay £7.95 for each item. We cannot pack and ship items together for this service (this is an Interlink rule and we cannot change it). Where items are supplied with UK plug, European deliveries also receive a UK / EU adapter.

We only accept PayPal (but you do not have to have a PayPal account - click on the 'Buy' link above and then look for 'Don't have a PayPal account' section on the left) You can pay by most credit / debit cards using this method. We will also accept a bank transfer (contact us for our bank details) but will only ship once the payment is cleared.

Please note, if you pay via a PayPal e-cheque (bank funded payment) this can take up to 14 days to clear and will delay the dispatch of your item.

Delivery

We aim to ship all goods within one business day of cleared payment. If you order and pay by 12:00 we will normally ship the same day (Monday - Friday).

Please note: We prefer not to ship to business addresses and will never ship to an unconfirmed business address.

If any of the contents appear to be damaged, the package must be signed for as 'damaged' and we must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will invalidate shipping insurance claims and we will not be liable for the damage.

Returns

All items are brand new. We have a 7 day returns policy. Goods returned within 7 days UNUSED and in the original condition and packaging may be refunded, however customers are liable for all delivery charges to and from our address.

An item should never be returned to us without prior authorisation. Please contact us. A full payment minus the delivery charges will be refunded after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Warranty

This watch winder comes with a 2 year 'return to base' manufacturers warranty from Wolf Designs of the USA for any defects in materials and/or workmanship. Full details are available on their website. In the unlikely event of a fault the buyer will be asked to return the item to Wolf Design in the USA or their agent in the UK for repair or replacement. We are an authorised dealer and buy direct from Wolf Designs.
