Construction on this 17 stall Roundhouse started in 2010. Owned and operated by the Age of Steam LTD. The facility when completed will include repair shops, both water and coal towers,along with indoor and outdoor storage for equipment of the collection of both steam powered and diesel powered locomotives. There are also several passenger cars and a variety of rolling stock.
