The Baltimore Police Department needs the public's help locating 13-year-old Kennedy Mills.Kennedy was last seen on Aug. 1 in the Mondawmin Mall area of northwest Baltimore. Family and friends are concerned about Kennedy Mills' well-being. Kennedy is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 178 pounds.
