Radisson Hotels opens its fourth hotel in Sri Lanka

Scandinavian-inspired hotel company Radisson Hotels* has opened its fourth hotel in Sri Lanka and second in Galle, the largest city in the country's southern province.

Located near the beautiful beach of Unawatuna, the luxury Radisson Collection Resort, Galle* will offer 70 guestrooms and 36 suites* as well as a huge Grand Penthouse with five bedrooms, a spiral staircase and an infinity pool.

The coastal hotel will have a beachfront swimming pool, kids' club and innovative Catch Restaurant* serving up fresh seafood, while Namikaze Restaurant & Bar* will dish up Asian-Japanese fusion dishes.

The stylish Taboo Beach Club* will offer lively entertainment throughout the day all to be enjoyed from comfortable daybeds.

New Radisson Hotel York opens after major refurbishment

Radisson Hotels has opened its first property in the north of England.

The Radisson Hotel York has moved into what was the Park Inn by Radisson following a significant refurbishment.

Dating from 1986, the city's second-tallest building after the magnificent Minster, has a riverside location in the heart of the historic city.

The hotel has 200 guest rooms with modern furniture and furnishings. Guests can use the new self-service check-in facilities and make use of the vast array of event and meeting spaces if required.
