Officials at the Lancaster County Prison have chosen a new warden -- and she is the first female to fill the role.Cheryl Steberger, a major at the prison, received the promotion on Thursday. The 20-year veteran will start her new job officially on March 7th.She says her first priorities are to boost employee morale and get better equipment.
