French entry entirely mistaken
[edit]Based on their current articles, the device currently covered by Q26766731 is the French equivalent of an umbrella used for protection against the sun. The French article currently linked here is not an English parasol but a needlessly distinguished larger form equivalent to permanent beach umbrellas + some random Catholic protective equipment. The better solution would be to merge the French articles and have Q26766731 merged here. Failing that, the French article currently here (w:fr:parasol) should be replaced by the actual equivalent (w:fr:ombrelle) and someone should figure out how to reformat Q26766731 to cover the needlessly forked French 'parasol'. — LlywelynII (talk) 23:57, 26 October 2024 (UTC)
