Salutări, vreau să traduc https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%A0alinac_Grove în română, iar dacă mă iau după schimbarea ta https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q1510380&diff=prev&oldid=1622914341 Grove ar fi Dumbravă, așadar aș avea Dumbrava Šalinac, dar în română Dumbravă este: 1 pădure tânără 2 pădure de stejar.

În Šalinac Grove scrie: conține ultima rămășiță a pădurilor de stejar și frasin.

Nu ar trebui tradus Grove altfel? Crâng de exemplu. Ce părere ai.

Îmi vine greu să zic ce se potrivește. Ca definiție, „grove” este un grup de copaci fără lăstăriș. Un crâng este, dimpotrivă, plin de lăstari. "Grove" s-ar putea traduce în general ca „pâlc de copaci”, „pădurice”. „Dumbravă” l-am găsit atunci potrivit probabil tocmai pentru că „crâng” e lăstăriș.

În cazul ăsta, vorbim de un rest dintr-o pădure bătrână. Cred că, doar pentru cazul ăsta, din context, s-ar putea potrivi și termenul „braniște”.

I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I am working on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender model that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our model based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.

Din păcate, nu. Mereu la schimbările de legislatură am urmărit listele de la http://www.cdep.ro/pls/parlam/structura2015.home?leg=2020&cam=2&idl=1

Sunt de înțeles anulările anumitor porecle ale politicienilor români (porecle consemnate în presă), dar când Franței i se spune la televizor și în presă Hexagon non-stop (în fraze cum ar fi "Președintele din Hexagon..."), atunci ce este greșit în adăugirea mea? Pot și înșira exemple din articole: , , și . Sincer, aș dori să înțeleg.

Aliasurile sunt o chestie foarte delicată. Trebuie folosite denumiri după care ceva este identificabil. Pentru orice denumire mai fistichie, sunt de preferat datele structurate, adică cele atribuite unor proprietăți, cum sunt nickname (P1449), official name (P1448), native label (P1705) și altele asemenea în funcție de tipul itemului.

Salut. Ai adăugat aici niște nume în limba română, ceea ce mi se pare ciudat. Nu ar trebui să fie în limba slovacă sau cehă?

Am adăugat pe vremuri denumiri ca să le folosească w:ro:Modul:LocationAndCountry pentru a deduce cum s-ar spune în română locurilor respective la diferite momente de timp (maghiară înainte de 1918, slovacă după). Semantic nu e corect, alea ar trebui eliminate, că nu sunt de fapt denumiri oficiale în română. Ne-ar trebui fie o altă proprietate, fie un (sub)modul de date la ro.wp.
