Motivation
[edit]München Wiki is a Wiki about anything Munich (Q1726)-related. Some of the articles are related to Wikipedia articles, so there sould be a lot of connections. The domain is really hard to specify, because its scope is encyclopedic, but everything has a relationship to Munich. Kristbaum (talk) 20:07, 27 July 2019 (UTC)

- Support and without type constraint, but external links (Property documentation) —Eihel (talk) 16:19, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
- This wiki may contain multiple pages for a single Item and may contain one page for multiple Items. —Eihel (talk) 18:46, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
- Support. Recommend a format as a regular expression (P1793) like:
[^\s\/]+
. - Premeditated (talk) 15:18, 29 July 2019 (UTC)- 3 examples added (numbers, ".", "()", "-", "ß"). The RegEx is good, no change. —Eihel (talk) 18:46, 29 July 2019 (UTC)
- @Eihel: My regex proposal is working with all the examples.
{1,100}
is a little weird though. Maybe just replace it with+
. It's just that my regex proposal does not allow '/'. A character thats often get included in copy-past work. - Premeditated (talk) 09:24, 30 July 2019 (UTC)- Hello Premeditated, I let you visit this "Spezial" page listing the articles of this wiki. Since it is a site running with MediaWiki and like on WD, pages may have
/
. In addition, to avoid vandalism, a finite RegEx is needed. Cordially. —Eihel (talk) 12:40, 30 July 2019 (UTC)- I can't get a number on how many sites that uses a
/
in the title (triedintitle:/[\/]/
, but the site doesn't support it). My guess is that few sites use 'slash' and could be included in exception to constraint (P2303). - Premeditated (talk) 12:58, 30 July 2019 (UTC)- I don't think there are any articles that use '/' character and would support the [^\s\/]+ regex, although I think using the {1,100} in the end is useful, because it prevents bogus edits with random long entries. It's just a character limit, but I don't think its to important. Kristbaum (talk) 16:21, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
- Nice, I have changed the regex to
[^\s\/]{1,100}
. - Premeditated (talk) 08:39, 5 August 2019 (UTC)
