Worth throwing into the LTA page?

WP:LTA/ASPE - unless they've changed their pattern in my absence, Bulut mostly just registers accounts and doesn't disrupt en wiki (only really jp wiki). I have researched comparable pages for other companies in the industry, and believe it has the appropriate level of notability.  have a factual text with references written in the Wikipedia style without promotional content.
