Cambridge Who's Who is a database of 'professionals'. Cambridge Who's Who claims its "an honor limited to individuals who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their industry and occupation". It typically starts with an unsolicited letter proclaiming you have been selected for this honor[1]. They will interview you to add you to their database at the end of which they ask you for money.[2].

Many people including governments are suspicious [3] of the company as nothing more than a means to get your money or steal your identity. At the end of the interview they want to charge you for access to the database. It is still not clear if you get published when you do not pay. However they do publish your name once you have paid. Various persons claim it is a Who's Who scam[4], however this is disputed by Cambridge Who's Who.[5]
