Fair use rationale for File:Toni hit the freeway .JPEG

Thanks for uploading File:Toni hit the freeway .JPEG. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 17:06, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for File:Love sex magic .JPEG}

Thank you for uploading File:Love sex magic .JPEG. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image under "fair use" may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies for fair use. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check:

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Please be aware that a fair use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the fair use policy require both a copyright tag and a fair use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it might be deleted by adminstrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Fair use rationale for File:Greatest day .JPEG

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Greatest day .JPEG. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — neuro(talk)(review) 18:09, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

⚠

Thanks for uploading Image:Kimbakind .JPEG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. Proposed deletion of Not A Chance

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Not A Chance, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NSONG

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Anne and kate .JPEG

Thank you for uploading File:Anne and kate .JPEG. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. (ESkog)(Talk) 18:30, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image (File:Onlyyoucanlovemethisway .GIF)

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Onlyyoucanlovemethisway .GIF. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Radio Songs

Please don't add this chart to song articles for the most part. Radio Songs is actually the Hot 100 Airplay chart, and since it's a component of the Hot 100, it should not be included unless the song didn't chart in the Hot 100 proper. A tag has been placed on File:Strawberryswing .JPEG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Component Charts

Hello i've reverted your edits because ARIA Singles Charts is the only official Australian singles chart. It comprises of the Physical Chart + the Download Chart. That makes both the phsyical and download charts a component chart which according to WP:record charts should not be included. (Lil-unique1 (talk) 18:42, 22 September 2009 (UTC))[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Love For All Seasons. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Love For All Seasons. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:18, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Leonaiwillbe .JPEG

Thank you for uploading File:Leonaiwillbe .JPEG.

Thank you. — ξxplicit 23:11, 31 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Toni Braxton - Yesterday.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Toni Braxton - Yesterday.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. A tag has been placed on File:Getsexyoficial .JPEG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

File permission problem with File:I do not hook kelly .JPEG

Thanks for uploading File:I do not hook kelly .JPEG.

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Alreadygonevideo .JPEG

Thank you for uploading File:Alreadygonevideo .JPEG.

Images

Hi
You need to be more careful with your image uploads. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, and that includes the usage of fair use images. As you know, I've previously removed the alleged cover image of Na Base do Beijo since despite an extensive search, I found no proof that this is the actual cover image and should thus be used in the article, or could be used under a valid fair use claim in accordance with our fair use policy. You now uploaded a new, different version of the cover image, with a source link that points to somewhere seemingly unrelated, so there still is no proof, and that it also of far too high resolution to comply with the policy.
You now have a history of problematic image uploads, please be more careful in the future. I admire your dedication, but we need to get it right, foremost.
In addition, could you please make sure to properly name your uploads in the future? Each and every image you uploaded has a superfluous space character right before the extension, just like your newest upload File:Nabasedobeijo .jpg.
Amalthea 02:11, 12 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Seriously:
  1. Make sure your uploads don't have any stray spaces in their names, like with your newest upload File:Nickelback-Never-Gonna-Be-Alone .jpg
  2. Make sure that a reliable source can confirm that you cover uploads are in fact official covers! Not all singles have cover images. Don't upload a random fan image you find on the web, it will have to be deleted, just like with your newest upload File:Nickelback-Never-Gonna-Be-Alone .jpg.
I expect you, as I said above, to be more careful with this in the future. Your whole page is full of deletion notifications, you are creating work for other editors here.

Fair use rationale for File:One More Lie (Standing In The Shadows).png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:One More Lie (Standing In The Shadows).png.

Final warning

Can you provide a reliable source confirming that File:Never Gonna Be Alone.png is an official single cover for "Never Gonna Be Alone"? Otherwise I will have to remove it from the article and delete it.
Amalthea 18:08, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Judging by your silence, you cannot. And I assume you also have nothing confirming File:Nabasedobeijo.jpg, correct? The source you listed leads to a different calendar/wallpaper image. And with File:One More Lie (Standing In The Shadows).png, you were quite certainly aware that the image was a fan-made cover image, the source you gave explicitly calls it that.
I've previously urged you twice to make sure that your single cover uploads are verifiable, the first time regarding just that "Na Base do Beijo" cover image. You apparently decided to ignore me, and make Wikipedia a less reliable source of information instead.
Consider this your last warning. I expect your image uploads to be flawless from now on. If you are unsure about an upload, ask me in advance! If in doubt, do not upload it. If you again choose to ignore this last warning, in particular by continuing to upload unverifiable or unofficial cover images of musical recordings in violation of both our policy on verifiability and on non-free content, I will begin a discussion on the administrators noticeboard on banning you from image uploads. You have proven time and again, despite multiple warnings, that you are unwilling or unable to follow our basic rules here.
Amalthea 08:29, 5 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Where are the reliable sources confirming that the following two images are indeed "official":
Amalthea 19:11, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You're such a stupid idiot person, and YES!!
THE SINGLE COVERS ARE OFFICIAL AND I GAVE REFERENCES BUT YOU IGNORE EVERYONE.
AND YOU COULD NOT DELETE THE PAGE OF I NEVER TOLD YOU BECAUSE THE SONG IS ON THE CHARTS AND WAS RELEASED (AND I GAVE THE REFERENCE THAT THE SONG WAS RELEASED)!!
ABOUT YOUNG BLOOD IT IS GOING TO BE RELEASED, SO STOP OF BEING AN ASSHOLE AND LEAVE ME ALONE!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Loveableone (talkcontribs) 19:37, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Please avoid personal attacks.
Concerning "Young Blood", one of the two sources was unreliable (a collection of user comments?), and the link to Norah Jones's official page didn't mention it being released as a single either.
Concerning "I Never Told You", as you are well aware the topic was discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/I Never Told You, where it was found to fail our inclusion guideline for songs. It still doesn't: being a released single does not make it pass WP:NSONGS, and being on one of the more obscure billboard charts doesn't either – the link you gave as a reference for the "Billboard Hot 100" chart doesn't work, acharts only confirms a "US Airplay Top 100" listing, but that chart provider even displays a little Wikipedia-"W" these days with a comment that Wikipedia editors don't find it an encyclopedic chart. Read WP:NSONGS.
Lastly and most importantly, no, neither of the two images has a reliable source confirming it. The Colbie Caillat image used to have three links, until you removed them earlier today, but they either were unreliable (two blogs) or didn't even show the image (the Amazon link). So I ask one last time, can you provide reliable sources confirming that the two images are official single covers, like you claimed? I assume you have found the Norah Jones cover somewhere, and I hope the above warning lead you to check whether it was official before uploading it?
Amalthea 20:10, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm expecting an answer here. I've told you what will happen if you continue to upload fake single covers. The very least I expect to see from you is an acknowledgment of the problem, and a commitment to be extremely careful with image uploads from now on. Amalthea 21:55, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Wikipedia community has set lower standards that need to be reached for songs to have standalone articles here. I have given you the link to that guideline a dozen times – I cannot help you if you do not read it.
Please follow this link: WP:NSONGS . Read the "Albums, singles and songs" section.
In particular, it is consensus that a song should not have an article simply because it was declared a single.

Hits Daily Double

Hi there, I've noticed you've added sales from HDD to Pulse (Toni Braxton album). thanks for doing that. I normally do it but im very busy atm. im supposed to be on a wikibreak LOL. Just wanted to say that whenever you use HDD can you please archive the source first using WebCite otherwise the webpage changes each weak and its impossible to verify things. Its very easy all you do is in the first box insert the website you want to archive and then insert an email address in the second box and done. Don't worry your email is kept private its just that they email you the new link to use. if you could update the pulse source with an archived one and then in the future do it as well that would be brilliant. See Still Standing (Monica album) to see how you can use HDD to build a strong commericial performance section. Lil-unique1 (talk) 19:12, 21 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Xtinaonthemovieawards.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only," "non-derivative use" or "used with permission," it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. [1], and it was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19, or is not used in any articles. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. License tagging for File:Jewel-ten.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Jewel-ten.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:07, 2 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Femme Fatale (Britney Spears album) has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Wikiproject Albums advises regarding the critical reception section to "consider the notability of the review source and keeping a neutral point of view". Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Copyrighted contributions

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions to the Multishow ao Vivo: Ivete Sangalo no Madison Square Garden article, but for legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must include on the external site the statement "I, (name), am the author of this article, (article name), and I release its content under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 and later, and under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribute Share-Alike."

You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question at the "Help Desk". You can also leave a message on my talk page. Mr. Credible (talk) 18:28, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Ivete-no-Madison-Square-Garden1.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Ivete-no-Madison-Square-Garden1.jpg.

Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Desejo de Amor

Desejo de Amor doesn't pass WP:NSONGS, because no one has demonstrated that it has charted on a reliable chart. top40-charts.com has a Brazil chart, but top40-charts.com is on WP:Record charts#Websites to avoid. If you can find a reliable source for Brazilian chart that isn't on WP:BADCHARTS or WP:Record charts#Websites to avoid, feel free to add the chart to the article and restore it. Until then, it fails to meet the criteria outlined at WP:NSONGS.—Kww(talk) 17:54, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to take your discussion to WT:Record charts and try to get the guideline changed. top40-charts.com publishes a 20 position chart without any indication of where it comes from. It doesn't match the Billboard Brasil charts. It doesn't meet WP:RS. Remember WP:BURDEN: the material has been removed, and now it is your obligation to show that the material is reliable. Since it is obviously false, that will be hard to do.—Kww(talk) 18:45, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I see that you have changed the source. Have you physically verified the magazine article?—Kww(talk) 18:48, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like a pointer to an official YouTube channel for Billboard Brasil. If I can verify that it's an official channel, it can be used to source some things that are hard to source today.—Kww(talk) 19:06, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What makes you think that's an official channel, not just a fan?—Kww(talk) 19:58, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Don't Stop The Party music video.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the file is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ۞ Tbhotch & (ↄ), My comment was grammatically incorrect? Review edits

Your recent edits to Here I Am (Kelly Rowland album) have been reverted. Tabloid publications such as Daily Express and Us Weekly are not considered professional review sources, so please do not add them. Consider notable music publications such as those listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums/Review sites, or publications/sites used by Metacritic, which is more extensive (list). Blocked

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for copyright violations. Looking over your talk page, I see a constant stream of image problems that I see no sign that you have ever addressed. With this edit, you have stepped into copyright violations, blatantly copying text from http://www.myspace.com/Maroon5/blog/544148136. Any admin can unblock you when you show that you have some understanding of WP:IUP, WP:NFCC, and WP:COPYRIGHT. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

PLEASE, unblock me!! I did nothing wrong.. I always edited in the Wikipedia with the proposal of help to create and making the pages even better. About the Maroon 5's Moves Like Jagger page, something's wrong. Because the information that i add, was taken from the most trusted site of music Billboard. Please, unblock me!!!

Your block told you to show understanding of three separate policies. Have you read any of them?—Kww(talk) 01:18, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I know i don't understand so many wikipedia rules, but it was only a mistake.. Please take me back...

I'm not saying that you did it on purpose, I'm saying that until you understand those policies, you'll keep doing the same wrong things. Go read for a while, and come back when you think you understand them. Then we'll talk about why your edits to "Moves Like Jagger" were wrong. Then, we'll talk about unblocking you.—Kww(talk) 01:23, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The mistakes that i made in Wikipedia wasn't so bad. The covers that i upload sometimes are official, but the main mistake is that the page of these songs are redirected. It means that the cover is orphaned, but it happens because of the redirection. About, the Moves Like Jagger, must be something wrong. I only add extra informations about the charts, taken exclusively by Billboard and i showed the right reference. So, i'm asking once again, please unblock me!
Your response shows that you haven't read the relevant policies. I'll give you a hint: it's the text that you added that was the problem. The text was a copyright violation. Now, go read those polices and explain why it was a problem and I'll unblock you. Don't keep adding unblock requests. The one that's in place put you on a list, and other admins are constantly reading your request. No one is granting it yet, though.—Kww(talk) 02:05, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I need to say "According to Billboard" and i don't have to only copy, i have to take some part of the material and say with my own words.
Do not remove unblock requests as you did in this edit. If you continue down this path it's likely that your ability to edit this talk page will be turned off. Nick-D (talk) 23:27, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Ivete-e-Juanes.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Ivete-e-Juanes.jpg, which you've sourced to http://www.ivetesangalo.com/en/2010/09/05/juanes-canta-a-musica-dar-te-com-ivete-nos-palcos-do-msg-2/.

If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mosmof (talk) 05:50, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What happenned was a mistake. I take the picture from my own camera and i just gave the Huffington Post reference to became more trusted the article. Looking at this talk page, I see scores of warnings about improperly uploaded non-free media, copyright policy violations, and so on. The example given by Magog above is blatant inappropriate behavior. "It's not fair" is not a reason to unblock you; indeed, it is fair because Wikipedia takes copyright infringement very seriously, and even your unblock request seems to show that you do not. --Kinu t/c 18:19, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Who-s-laughing-now-video.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Who-s-laughing-now-video.jpg.

Thank you. Mosmof (talk) 01:49, 26 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
