:Howdy to you, too. Haha. Thanks for writing me about this. Actually, I was going to remove the entire section but I just chose to remove the clearly inappropriate source, which is simply a PR/marketing company that takes information provided by their paying clients and turns it into pseudo-news (press releases that are meant to look like real news stories). The entire section should be removed, but I'll leave it in your hands to decide. I fully trust your judgement. You can read my comments to Ritchie333 above about creating an account. ;) Btw, this edit you did made me laugh. :P Have a great weekend! --76.189.111.199 (talk) 17:03, 1 March 2013 (UTC) |

::Wrong editor in that case (that was Freerangefrog). I'll take another look at the information soon, but I'll probably remove it (or find something new to source it with). I saw your comments above, but I wasn't sure if you knew of the benefits. It's really easy to create an account, really easy to stop using it if you don't like it and go back to an IP, and there's a lot of benefits. Some anons are adamantly opposed to the idea of not editing anonymously (or less anonymously, depending who you ask), but that didn't appear to be your case. :::Ryan, I must be tired! Haha. But I still liked that comment ("thataways"). Do you get a commission if I create an account? :P --76.189.111.199 (talk) 18:00, 1 March 2013 (UTC) |

Welcome to Wikipedia!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- Simplified Manual of Style
- Intuitive guide to Wikipedia
You are welcome to continue editing without logging in, but you may want to consider creating an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits such as the ability to create articles. For a full outline and explanation of the benefits that come with creating an account, please see this page. If you edit without a username, your IP address (76.189.111.199) is used to identify you instead.
In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place helpme
before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Jauerbackdude?/dude. 14:08, 29 January 2013 (UTC)

Dude, you're awesome
I was just viewing your comments at the ANI discussion and I had to let you know you're awesome. Ryan Vesey 02:19, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you very much, Ryan. It was really nice of you to say that. --76.189.111.199 (talk) 03:50, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, 76.189, you give IPs a good name. At some point, if I can't find evidence of an existing discussion, I might ask you for comments on unregistered vs registered users and why some people don't want to register. Not having a pop, genuinely interested. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 09:54, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
- Hi Ritchie. When I read your first sentence, it immediately made me think of a Bon Jovi song. :P If I get to the point where I feel a strong passion for editing on a long-term basis, it'll be much more likely that I'll create a registered account. It's great dealing with friendly, helpful, and supportive editors, but can be rather frustrating when doing so with those who are not. Thanks a lot for your nice comment. --76.189.111.199 (talk) 17:54, 18 February 2013 (UTC)
A barnstar for you!

For all your hard work on articles, the help desk and BLP/N. I hope you stick around, account or no. Thank you! §FreeRangeFrogcroak 05:28, 22 February 2013 (UTC) |
- FRF, thank you so much for your kindness. I really appreciate it. --76.189.111.199 (talk) 05:30, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
Howdy
I partially undid an edit you made here. If you want to remove the source and the information it cited, feel free to do so. On another note, Drmies left a note on my talk page you might be interested in. On a final note, I'm sure you've been contacted about creating an account and been pointed to WP:SIGNUP before, but it would probably be a good idea for you to create an account. The primary reason is the watchlist; although, that can be something of a blessing and a curse (the IP I'm linking to is me). Another reason is the ability to use a bunch of tools. I'm using a large number of them over at User:Ryan Vesey/common.js. Have a good one, Ryan Vesey 04:51, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
