Probably not a good idea

Hi Balti sahib. I'm sure you had good intentions, but creating lots of userpages and putting the same template on them is probably not the best idea. We tend to allow editors control over whether they have a userpage and what appears on it: even if you think you're helping out, not all editors will want these templates on their userpages.
