There were approximately 50 000 people participating in the cleanup of the forests and countryside. The campaign was executed with media buildup during october 2007-april 2008 and the action was carried out during one day in 3rd of May 2008. To compare the amount of people who turned up on the event, in US similar turnout would mean 9 million people would take part of citizen action together.
