Rainbow Monkeys
Rainbow Monkeys is a fictional line of children's products from the television series Codename: Kids Next Door. It is an obvious parody of Care Bears. There are Rainbow Monkeys movies (the KND watch two involving a happy crown and a bouncing ball in Op MOVIE), a Rainbow Monkeys television program (see show-within-a-show), Rainbow Monkeys underwear, and infinitely many [1] varieties and colors of Rainbow Monkeys plush toys. There is also a food item called Rainbow Munchies, a Theme Park (Op KASTLE), and an assortment of other merchandise (see 86's room in Op SLUMBER). Rainbow Monkeys are produced by Rainbow Monkey Incorporated.
In "Operation: R.A.I.N.B.O.W.S.", Rainbow Monkeys are shown to be real, living animals found on Rainbow Monkey Island. Op HUGS also revealed that there is some type of Rainbow Monkey cult, made mostly of little girls who sacrifice people (somehow, mostly women and little boys) to a Giant Rainbow Monkey. Mr. Mogul is the creator of the Rainbow Monkeys franchise.
In "Operation: L.O.C.K.D.O.W.N.", one of Numbuh 3's rainbow monkey dolls was seen as a spank-happy vampire.
In Operation: MACARRONI, some of these rainbow monkeys are named Rainbow Monkey Lisas".
According to Op SATURN, Numbuh Three has the ability to detect Rainbow Monkeys, not with her sense of smell, but with her heart, though in Op RAINBOWS, she was shown sniffing around to find the latest Rainbow Monkey release.
