The Division of McMahon is an Australian Electoral Division in the state of New South Wales. It will elect its first member at the 2010 election.[1] The seat will largely replace the abolished division of Prospect, and will be contested by current Prospect MP Chris Bowen of the Labor Party.[2] Liberal Party preselection for the next federal election is local small business owner Jamal Elishe.[3] It division is named in honour of former Australian Prime Minister William McMahon.
