Your edits to assault

Your deletion of the United Kingdom section was erroneous. Some offences do extend to the whole of the United Kingdom. Can I suggest that you should have looked at a copy of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979, or the Internationally Protected Persons Act 1978, or the United Nations Personnel Act 1997 before you decided to assume that the offences referred in the article did not exist. They are available on the legislation.gov.uk website (see Statute law database), in hard copies from the Queen's Printer, in annotated and revised form in Halsbury's Statutes and in Statutes in Force, and in excerpts printed in Archbold Criminal Pleading, Evidence and Practice, and in many other places.

I find your decision to delete the section on the Marshall Islands absolutely astonishing. The fact that that material found its way onto PacLII makes it notable.

I am going to put this content back.James500 (talk) 17:43, 22 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for notifying me of your reversions, but I honestly would have preferred that you not post such an obnoxious message at all. But in any case, you apparently didn't think it was necessary to demonstrate what content you are talking about by means of a diff to the edit in which I removed the material in question; and I don't feel inclined to dig through the article history to entertain you. You can proceed how you like. AGK [] 12:18, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I am sorry if I have upset you. I did not mean to. My message was not intended to be obnoxious. I apologise whole-heartedly if you found it obnoxious. I did not include a link to the page history because I assumed that you would remember the edits in question. I am sorry if that was an unreasonable assumption.James500 (talk) 09:19, 25 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Green box of death redux

I've made another tweak on the AE banner and - in a rare display of devil-may-care insouciance - added it to the Template page. Added text apart, I think this reflects what we discussed. Whether it goes about or below the nav box is not hugely importance, though putting it below places it in the visual centre of the page (ie slightly above the actual centre of the screen) and therefore makes it easier to notice.  Roger Davies talk 13:30, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the delayed reply. I like the template as it is now (after your change), and I think you make a good point about ocularly centering it. Good work! AGK [] 21:09, 27 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mediation Nomination

I am trying to submit a mediation nomination but the page is acting weird.

--Thebirdlover (talk) 14:40, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I really don't think that a nomination from you would be successful at this point, but I see that your help request for the same issue was answered earlier on your talk page (so you should follow the advice of the responding editor). AGK [] 15:19, 30 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
