Speedy deletion nomination of Katrina Moldoff
A tag has been placed on Katrina Moldoff, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. JDDJS (talk) 21:08, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
- While Katrina Moldoff is not subject to speedy deletion, there is also no need for a stand-alone article about her. There is sufficient coverage given in the Batwoman article already, so your new article has been turned into a redirect to the Television section of the Batwoman article. —C.Fred (talk) 21:12, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Dee-Dee
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Dee-Dee, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}}

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Ronald Reagan in fiction, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. The reverted edit can be found here. Thank you. Baseball Watcher 21:15, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

Invitation to take part in a pilot study
Welcome to Wikipedia. I am a Wikipedian, who is studying the phenomenon on Wikipedia. I need your help to conduct my research on about understanding "Motivation of Wikipedia contributors." I would like to invite you to a short survey. Please give me your valuable time, which estimates only 5 minutes. cooldenny (talk) 21:30, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, you may be blocked from editing. This lousy T-shirt (talk) 23:26, 18 April 2011 (UTC)
Note
Hey, I'm sorry if I was unfair. I don't follow American comics, as you can tell by my not knowing who the hell were the Dee-Dee twins. Will give you a fair chance but stress the importance of having reliable sources for what you add on here. Happy editing! This lousy T-shirt (talk) 00:00, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
Superwoman and comic book articles.
Please look over the guidelines associated with the Comics project before dissecting articles.
Also, if you are going to make major changes - use edit summaries to explain your changes. It helps to prevent the appearance of vandalism.
- J Greb (talk) 00:43, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Again: Please look over the guide lines, adding WP:BRD to the list, and use edit summaries.
- - J Greb (talk) 02:14, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- I seperated the mainstream and multiverse versions into two different sections. What's bad about that? Wheatmen (talk) 02:16, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, you did more than that. A lot more.
- You want to make a suggestion for your edit - do it on the article's talk page.
- - J Greb (talk) 02:53, 19 April 2011 (UTC)
Plot only articles
Could you please stop creating articles that are only there to provide either plot dumping ground or for non-notable characters?
- J Greb (talk) 01:14, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- OK. OK. I will stop. I just don't know what you want me to read. The comic project has a bunch of see also's and main article's and the article itself has no info. What's the point. I'm sorry. I just don't know where to start. What would you recommend? Wheatmen (talk) 01:18, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- The biggest ones to start with would be WP:PLOT and WP:OR. The nutshell versions being:
- Articles cannot be strictly a synopsis of a story. There has to be real world context included. (PLOT)
- An article must contain information supported by verifiable sources, not an editor's interpretation of the sources. (OR)
- - J Greb (talk) 01:58, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- The biggest ones to start with would be WP:PLOT and WP:OR. The nutshell versions being:
- And now you're just being disruptive:
- Articles going through AfD should not be removed before the AfD is done - Vilsi Valar
- Unneded plot details should not be added to character lists for TV shows - List of Batman: The Brave and the Bold characters
- Creating plot only, fan theory/research articles is not acceptable. Recreating them after you said you'd stop is worse - Catwoman (Earth-Two)
- You asked for a place to start looking for what is and is not acceptable for Wikipedia articles on comic book characters. You've been given pointers to it.
- Please, try to edit with in the guidelines of Wikipedia.
- - J Greb (talk) 20:19, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- And now you're just being disruptive:
And this one is an official warning: Do not recreate articles that have been subject to speedy depetions as you have don with Dee-Dee. Especially a third time. - J Greb (talk) 20:23, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
Would you please knock off the POV pushing on the article?
Slanting it to personal "favorites", either in text placement or image size, does not help the article one bit.
Thank you.
- J Greb (talk) 00:18, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- What's POV mean? Wheatmen (talk) 00:20, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- For a start pushing the in-universe, half assed promotion of the "main" primary DC universe over the "alternates" over publication order. And yes, it is half assed since at least two of the characters/events may not exisist in the current continuity.
- There is also a procedure and a practice most Wikipedians follow - WP:BRD and WP:ES - The first is that when a bold edit is reverted it is discuses instead of being redone. The second is the use of edit summaries to explain the edits, something you're slowly warming to when pushed.
- - J Greb (talk) 00:38, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- Appologies. I miss read your question. "POV" - Point Of View. See also WP:NPOV.
- - J Greb (talk) 00:45, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
No my apoloigies.
This does not seem to be working out. I will take a break the next few days so I can refresh my memories so that I can start clean. I want to know what I'm doing, I just need a break, and I think I will be giving you one too, I just want to refresh before something happens. As I have the wrong idea about Superwoman and Black Canary. I will come back in a few days and hopefully I can fix the pages like you said how to. I just need I break and then I will do better at this. Wheatmen (talk) 01:59, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
Why did you archive the talk page of another editor?
Why did you archive the talk page User talk:Mr. Simon Green of another editor? Monty845 18:31, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
Mr. Simon Green and you
Please do not bring issues from outside of Wikipedia here. At this point it is apparent that you and Mr. Simon Green (talk · contribs) know one another outside of this project and are not on good terms.
So:
- Do not edit that users talk page maliciously. This is a general policy on Wikipedia
- Do not "help" them with archiving. It is their page to maintain as they see fit.
- If you do find the need to use their talk page, restrict you comments to Wikipedia relate matters. And keep your posts civil.
- The section that has been removed here was done so due to policy on identifying users. You may self identify if you so choose, you don't get to do it for others and you shouldn't do it if you feel coerced.
Thank you,
- J Greb (talk) 19:56, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry.
Sorry
The last few weeks I've had problems, but I will not start something like I did with Simon. I have been busy and could not be here. So I'm sorry for any inconvience. I just haven't felt right. Wheatmen (talk) 01:58, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
- I hope you feel better soon, Wheatmen. Best of luck. Evilphoenix Talk 07:42, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
User Page policy
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia.
I noticed that your user page may not meet Wikipedia's user page guideline . If you believe that your userpage does not violate our guidelines, please leave a note here and we can discuss it. As an alternative, you may add {{Db-userreq}}
to the top of the page in question and an administrator will delete it, or you can simply edit the page so that it meets Wikipedia's userpage guidelines. Thank you.
- Specifically I would like you to understand This Section of Wikipedia policy regarding User Pages, the important part being:
- "Generally, you should avoid substantial content on your user page that is unrelated to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a general hosting service, so your user page is not a personal website. Your user page is about you as a Wikipedian, and pages in your user space should be used as part of your efforts to contribute to the project."
- I would like to encourage you to continue writing stories and to developing your skills as a writer, but Wikipedia is not the location for personal writing. I suggest you consider a blog site such as LiveJournal or Blogger, which is available through Google. Either of these sites would be an excellent place to make any personal writing. I must ask you to edit your User Page and remove the fictional story from it, and to not post further personal work on Wikipedia. You are welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, I simply need you to make sure that your edits here are relevant to the project. Best regards, Evilphoenix Talk 07:40, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you for acknowledging my comment on your User Page, you can also reply to me here on your Talk Page if you like. Yes, the story is an issue, I am sorry to say. You are welcome to upload it to another Wiki, such as The Batman Wiki on Wikia, as long as it is allowed by that Wiki's policies. Best regards, Evilphoenix Talk 19:44, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
