Expert Bio

Jillian Keegan is an Intern with the Wilson Center Africa Program's Stafford Capacity Building Internship. She is earning her BA in Political Science and Psychology and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Alabama, graduating in May 2024. Jillian has a professional and academic background in policy analysis, grant writing, and social media management. Jillian is biliterate in French and English. She is especially interested in women’s rights and sustainable development in Africa.
