THE FOUNDATION ANNOUNCING IT AWARDED MORE THAN $1 MILLION IN GRANTS TO 24 ORGANIZATIONS IN THE OHIO, NORTHERN KENTUCKY AND LOUISIANA AREAS. ALL THE MONEY WILL GO TO HELP OVERCOME FOOD INSECURITY. WE’RE ALSO TOLD LE SOUP IN CINCINNATI WILL GET A NEW VAN TO DELIVER MEALS WEEKLY TO ATHENS MIDDLE SCHOOL OVER THE YEAR LONG PARTNERSHIP, 60,000 MEALS WILL BE DELIVERED IN ATHENS AND 60,000 MORE MEALS WILL BE CREATED AND DELIVERE

The Joe Burrow Foundation is continuing to help communities overcome food insecurity and childhood mental health issues on Giving Tuesday.On Tuesday, the Joe Burrow Foundation announced $1.3 million in grants to 24 organizations across Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Louisiana.The organization made significant gifts to partners with direct impact to food insecurity concerns, including Cincinnati-based La Soupe and Baton Rouge-based Mighty Moms.According to the Joe Burrow Foundation, the local organizations that are receiving funds from the grants are:Appalachian Center for Economic NetworksBelpre Area MinistriesThe Children’s Home of CincinnatiFrom Fatherless to FearlessGood Samaritan Network of Ross County Inc.Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health ServicesHope Clinic of Ross CountyThe iBELIEVE FoundationIsaiah 55, Inc.
