SHORTLY INTO HER WALK, NUTT TESTIFIED THAT SHE HEARD PEOPLE APPROACHING, SO SHE PULLED HER DOGS ASIDE TO LET THOSE PEOPLE PASS. SHE IDENTIFIED THEM AS STEPHEN AND WENDY REID. I SAW THEM HEADING UP THE TRAIL TOWARDS THE WOODS. DID YOU EVENTUALLY SEE THEM ENTER THE WOODS? I DID. MOMENTS LATER, NUTT SAYS SHE HEARD FIVE RAPID GUNSHOTS. BANG, BANG, SLIGHT PAUSE, BANG, BANG, BANG! NUTT AND HER DOGS CONTINUED DOWN THE SAME PATH, ENTERING THE WOODS, COMING ACROSS A MAN STANDING ON THE SIDE OF THE TRAIL, A MEDIUM HEIGHT, MEDIUM BUILD HEIGHT, MEANING ABOUT 510, NOT SKINNY, BUT NOT. BUT. BUT SLENDER. AND AS SHE MOVED BEHIND THE MAN, NUTT SAYS HE STOOD STILL, STARING TO THE RIGHT OF THE TRAIL. ONCE PAST HIM, SHE TURNED AROUND A MOMENT AFTER I TURNED AROUND, HE TURNED AROUND AND LOOKED AT ME AND THEN I TURNED AROUND, BACK AROUND AND KEPT WALKING. AND WHY DID YOU DO THAT? BECAUSE I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH HAVING HIM LOOKING AT ME AND DR. NUTT SAYS SHE TURNED AROUND ONCE MORE TO SEE THE MAN LEAVING THE TRAIL. SHE DID ADMIT TODAY THAT SHE DID NOT GET A GOOD LOOK AT HIM, TELLING THE JURY SHE ONLY SAW A PROFILE VIEW
