We suspected we had a problem with rodents in our house and called Addison. Jay was amazing and answered our call after hours - he was also able to get someone to our house first thing the next morning. Service was professional and effective. Definitely recommend!

We have a raccoon situation in our ceiling. Michael from Addison was out to our house super quickly and was as friendly and professional as anyone I've ever dealt with -- far exceeded my best expectations. (He was also very sweet to our three young girls who were extremely interested in and concerned for the raccoon.) We caught a raccoon on the first night and just processed relocation, which was genuinely humane. Still in the midst of the process but I appreciate the flat fee for start-to-finish service. I couldn't recommend Addison more highly.

When I broke out in spots and a doctor said they were bedbug bites, I panicked and called Addison. They quickly set up a visit. Their rep Connor was polite and clearly knowledgeable. In about 45 minutes he was able to show that there are no bedbugs, and my bites were a reaction to carpet mites (he showed me the evidence). I was very impressed and of course thrilled with the good news, as well as pleased that he didn't talk me into an expensive treatment that I didn't need. Thanks, Addison! Sarah H, Toronto

Avery took my inspection fee, assured me he would do the work (remove squirrels and check for birds in the attic), even went so far as to tell me a specific day he would be there, then never showed up and never called. He still has my $115 though.

I had a bed bug scare and called Addison Pest Control. Jay was calm and reassuring on the phone and was able to come that day to inspect my bedroom. Luckily, it was a case of carpet beetles and Jay walked me through the next steps to solving the problem. He didn't pressure me into unnecessary services and I was impressed with his patience and professionalism. I'm hoping I won't need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to contact Addison.

Addison pest control were extremely noligble and efficient. They were able to inspect the house hours after I had called about spotting a bed bug. The whole procedure took one day and they said they would come back as many times as needed to ensure the bed bugs were exterminated. Luckily, I haven't had to call them back!

I called this company and left a message as no one answered the phone, no body returned my call, so I called again a few hours later, this time someone answered but it sounded like he was driving, he was a bit rude and told me he will call me back in 10 minutes. He never called back. Whoever experienced the amazing, cordial customer service that some reviews suggest was lucky.

While I did not actually end up having bed bugs, Addison Pest Control provided me with very prompt service. On two occasions, I had caught a bug in my apartment and I was unsure if it was a bed bug. I emailed a photo to Addison twice (both outside of regular business hours) and both times I received a very prompt phone call quelling my fears! They were extremely professional and patient with a very anxious girl who thought she might have bed bugs. I would definitely recommend them!
