GNC

I'm typically fairly critical of GNC's and their store operators knowledge as a health and fitness consultant. From my experience they rarely know what the products they sell actually do physiologically.

Not so at this location. James and all of his team have been knowledgeable about the products they sell. This is great for fitness beginners to seasoned vets. They're able to speak to customers with a variety of health goals.

I recommend this location to anyone looking for good vitamin and supplement advice.

I have been going to GNCs for many year. This GNC by far is one of the best ones out there ! The owner James I is really really knowledgeable and I am a certified trainer, but still learn something new from him almost every-time I visit. It's important to have the right nutrients running through your body and this GNC has it all . They have a new preworkout called Total War and it is absolutely stunning. James broke down why it is so powerful and I've decided to eventually get my own canister when my current C4 runs out. I just finished such an amazing workout and it's thanks to the Peachtree battle GNC!

STAY AWAY! I recently purchased a preworkout that I had never tried before. I was told at the time of sale that I could return the item within 30 days with my receipt. (I actually remember saying that it was cool that GNC still does that.)
I came in today to return the item and will never return.
The man working there (I believe his name was James) was an entire ***hole. (and I'm from NYC; so dealing with ***holes is usually not a big deal...hell, I can be one myself..but he was something else)
When I mentioned that I had a return he asked if it was purchased at that location (which should be a non issue)
When I confirmed that it was, he picked up the product that had a price sticker on it and said that items with the stickers on them weren't returnable.
Huh?!
When I challenged him on whether that was a new policy or if it stated that on the receipt, he replied that it wasn't and didn't.
I literally went to the next GNC and returned it with NO issue whatsoever.
(Not before calling GNC corporate and letting them know what kind of people they have representing their brand)
Do better!

Despite probably appearing quite out of shape to you, compared to you, I have actually lost 80lbs this past year and workout 6 days a week. I don't appreciate being talked to like an idiot, having simple concepts (that I'm quite aware of) explained to me like a child, and offered fat burning pills every time I come in for something specific. Despite your judgements, I'm well into my fitness journey and have been coached by Olympic athletes and the like. I'm an ex collegiate level soccer player, strength building female beast with a ton of grit and even more rage. I might not look like your standard female body builder but I assure you I'm strong, I'm capable, I'm educated, and I'm never stopping into your sexist establishment again. Not every woman over size 6 wants diet pills you chauvinistic meatheads.

Really nice people here that were not trying to up sell me or sell me things I don't need. It was quick and easy and they really seem to care. Good experience.

I love me some GNC when I'm looking for some tasty supplements. Well, maybe tasty isn't the right word. I go on these health binges from time to time, much like an alcoholic would go on a drinking binge. And GNC is a favorite of mine for one stop supplement shopping. The employees @ this location are extremely helpful and more than willing to share their knowledge. Pick & Choose your supplements wisely. Otherwise, it can be expensive. And you'll end up with a lot of snake oil.

The people really do seem to care. I hope the best for this business.

Very friendly staff and owner is very nice! I recommend this place because of their products and mostly because of the buying experience!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I Go out of my way to purchase from this store since they arent pushy sales people who are just trying to sell you whatever GNC is trying to push.

This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They will not honor their coupon code even after speaking with management and calling customer service on the phone. Just because he asked me if I've ever been in sales. Yes I do have sales experience and their CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks! Not only was the current store operator complaining about their overhead costs and denying that this coupon code on yelp isn't their code and to take it up with Yelp, but after I told him I drove out of my way to this store to use the coupon code and showed it to him he said to take it up with Yelp and that he was getting back to work stocking. Have fun in sales training. I got my preworkout on Amazon for twice as much product for less than their so called "market rate" that he said he was saving me money on. Come on dude. No one in their right mind buys at market rate.
