The amount of skill the craftsmen/women who work on these crystal pieces is astounding. It is a true pleasure to get to watch them in action. Worth a visit.

Take the time to do the tour! It is fascinating and even if you are not someone who appreciates or collects crystal, you will be amazed at the process. The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly. The tour takes about an hour but is absolutely worth it. The gift shop is amazing and has beautiful things

Factory tour was fun and educational. Buy it and ship it home - especially the available only here Aoife collection.

Arrived in town from Cruise Ship Shuttle that let us out across the street and dropped in to ogle the glass. Very crowded but low and behold they had room for a factory tour in just 15 minutes ! Well the museum style intro was classy and expected, but when we spent 3/4 hour upfront with the glass artisans it became very special ! I even got water drops splashed in my face - we were that close to the craftsmen doing their amazing work. Truly an exciting and memorable experience.
Then you return to the factory store that is exceptionally elegant with some respect for the items with tens of thousands pricing. However, you can take some of the place away with you at a few hundred from the more modest items available ! Enjoy !

Very interesting tour. Worth the wait if you arrive early. The tour guide was loud and easy to hear and very informed about the crystal making process. We got to spectate an actual piece of glass being blown, detailed and eventually we could walk around the store and admire the pieces completed. Very low prices for how gorgeous everything is. If you're a tourist looking for something to take home, a crystal Christmas ornament or new piece of jewelry for under $50 is definitely worth the trip. Waterford is also just a beautiful city in general! Make sure to stop in.

This is a unique tour to do while in Waterford. For 14 euro, you get a behind the scenes behind the well known Waterford Crystal making process. We had a delightful tour guide, Bernie, who took us backstage and answered so many questions. We were able to learn about, and see first hand, the glass making process in all the different stages! Definitely unique & memorable!

Loved the experience of watching them make the crystal. They truly make pieces of art. The only disappointing part was that there was nothing made there under 500 euros. Anything smaller was made in other countries so we didn't purchase anything since it wouldn't have been from Ireland

Amazing Place, and a must see visit to ensure your enjoyment of Ireland is complete! I made multiple iterations through the store to try and take in all the dazzling pieces and give them the attention they deserved.
The remarkable pieces were a huge upright mirror, a victrola, and of course the huge crystal bear that greets those entering the showroom!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Aug 17, 2019Previous reviewWonderful place! My experience and purchases there added to my fond memories of Ireland, and is a must visit place for all travelers!
