Returned some jeans in the store and Rackel (sp?) went over and beyond to introduce me to an alternate style that may work better. I appreciated her deep knowledge and professional customer service. Even though people typically shop online these days, there's tremendous value in being able to see and try out the pieces in person, which in turn drives both in-store and online sales. Many thank to J.Crew for keeping this Valley Fair location.

Sales person today 11/5/24 at 830pm.

I was shopping around here looking at clothes. My 5 year old special needs son needed to use the restroom which they have in the back.

We asked politely to use it and asked for special needs & disability accommodation. The sales person very rudely said it's not for public use. I reiterate my child's special needs and was again rudely denied with even more attitude.

Totally cold & unneeded, I was planning on spending some money here until I had this interaction.

Sales woman was very rude when I came into return something. I had planned to shop after my return but given her rude behavior decided to spend my money elsewhere

We had a few big events coming up and were in search of the first "adult" business suit for my 16-year old son. In fact, we were heading to another store, but decided to stop by at J.Crew. I am so glad that we did! As we walked in, we were welcomed by an amazing woman, Sara, who immediately helped us find the size and model that we needed. We received a lot of care and attention in the process, and the suit itself turned out to be incredibly good. What a wonderful store with outstanding level of service. Will come back again. Thank you!

J.Crew is right down the middle. It is not great and it is not bad either. The clothes and styles are not distinct, pretty average, and don't have any snap. I was here recently and left fairly quickly. None of the staff seemed to be interested and offered any help.

I got scammed here. The lady behind the counter double charged me for a pant. Glad that I looked at the bill and took it back to her. She corrected the bill and sent us on our way home. When I got home, I see that she took out another item from my bag. Beware of this.

I've been going to this store for a while and the service gets worse every time. Today was the worst ever! To the Filipina cashier who carries an attitude, please don't work retail and customer service. Please stay in the back where you do not have to deal with customers. If you are having a bad day, please stay home. Your attitude doesn't speak for the brand you are representing and doesn't leave a good impression.

I went her with my friend David to get some clothes for a fancy dinner or something he was going to with a bunch of important people. I was helping him pick out stuff but I mean I barely knew what I was doing cause I never shop for fancy guy clothes lol.

Anyways we asked a man there for help & he was amazing. He went into so much detail about which shirts go with what pants, what colors work well, shoes etc etc. He definitely took his time, didn't rush & was very nice.

I really like this store for the most part. It is very clean and well organized. Clothes are always displayed very nicely and not to mention that the quality of their clothes are very good.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They'll help you find your sizes and answer any questions you may have. They have a security that is very nice and very social. She's always giving me positive feedback about my outfit, which is really nice. Haha!

Anyways, the only thing I didn't like about this store is that it has a relatively small selection of clothes and they don't have carry any petite sizes in store. But overall, I had a good experience each time at Jcrew. I can't always find clothes there, but I am always still have a good experience shopping and looking around
