Avoid Fremont Bank at all costs! We chose Fremont Bank for our estate wealth management. From Day 1, the communication, service and strategy was terrible. Can you imagine emailing your Wealth advisor and it takes him 2+ weeks to get back to you. But we also put in phone calls on this very important matter and never got a call back. Then after months of putting up with this terrible service, I finally reached out to the Wealth manager's boss, and all he did 3x was send my personal email about my bad experience to the Wealth manager. He did not take the time to call or email me back. DO NOT work with this Bank!

I made the mistake of trusting Fremont Bank for personal savings. Several staff told me I qualified for a promotional interest rate and then strung me along for weeks as I opened and funded an account. A week later a banker informed me she had finally applied the interest rate, but the following week, still no rate and I was left calling in again to get information. The banker finally called and informed me I never qualified for the promotional rate. No apology, no we made a mistake, just go bank somewhere else. A follow-up complaint to a manager produced no result. This combination of sloppy work and miserable customer service has caused me mainly great frustration, but for others it could be financially costly.

Shey Holsen has been handling our business account for a few months and I cannot say enough nice things about her and Fremont Bank. They go above and beyond to help us out. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been with Fremont Bank since 1987. I have stayed with them because of the exceptional service I have always received from numerous branches. They always impress with their community involvement and generous charitable contributions. This particular branch is and always has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all you do in going above and beyond to assist with all banking needs. They set the standards for what a local community bank is all about.

This bank & this branch specifically is fantastic. I only wish I could give 10 stars instead of only 5. The level of customer service I received from both Gary and Gina at this branch was of a caliber I would only anticipate being able to access with extraordinary dollar volumes. They offered me the kind of personal care, attention and genuine concrete help that even the most prestigious banking client would be happy to pay for.
Both Gary and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on an out of state property in a timely fashion. Due to errors on my end, the funds were not scheduled to be available until a week after the scheduled close. But thanks to the pro-active follow-up of both Gary & Gina in manually coordinating efforts with their back office and the institution from where the funds were coming from, the funds were released so that I was able to close timely. Absolutely terrible experience from the start. Opened a business account. They held a CASHIER'S CHECK for 15 days. After talking to several people thinking they would be reasonable about the excessive hold time on a cashiers check not only did they simply refuse but I was questioned as to what I needed MY MONEY for. Seriously? I have to justify to my bank what I need to spend MY MONEY on?
Wrote my first check from the account, to myself, for over $2000 with plenty of available funds to cover it. Deposited in my personal account at another bank. No issue. Less than two weeks later I do the exact same thing, deposit into the same personal account, for less than half the amount. Again with more than enough available funds in the account and they REJECT the check because I was wasn't available to verify I wrote it when they called that afternoon. Hello!? I didn't get the message until the end of the day.
There appears to be no logical explanation to not honor a check I wrote to MYSELF just like the previous one. Am I supposed to call each time I write a check to give them a heads up first? Should I clear my appointments so I can be on standby in case they call to question a transaction? Who's got time for that?
